The first session involves her carefully mapping your brows and placing the initial pigment. She works with you each step of the way and is infinitely patient - you will never feel rushed. Her technique is very gentle and I barely needed any local anesthetic. During the second session, she perfects the shape and places anymore needed pigment. My brows are perfect! The very best thing about Kimber is her kindness. You can be completely assured that she will improve your brows 100%. She is an artist!

After having a "combo brow" done 3 times by a senior artist at a local, well known "aesthetic…read morestudio" in New Braunfels, TX, the process was NOT staying. The pigment would come out during the flaking phase. Each time I went back for a touch-up, she'd have to start all over and re-map my brows because there was nothing but a hint of color left. That's 6 weeks of the healing process times 3 sessions. I babied my brows for a total of 18 weeks!!! During this healing process, I had a lot of time to spend studying this process, numerous videos from PMU teaching facilitates, the do's and the don't, the amount of pressure to use holding the blade, the correct angle, how to do hold a 3 point hold to open the "well" aka micro bladed skin to deposit the pigment. I did so much studying, I could have easily became a PMU artist myself if I were interested in enrolling in a class. I followed the after care with due diligence. I had spent $900.00 investing in my brows at this "other" place. Only to be disappointed each and every time! Oh, don't get me started on the blame shifting, it's always the customers fault. BTW I have 3 friends that used that same artist, got the same horrible results I did and have all gone elsewhere now. Now, for the reason I'm writing this review. My neighbor has very light blonde hair with a fair complexion. Her brows were transparent, (much like mine) she had her brows beautifully perfected by Kimber, My neighbor's brows are 2 years old and looking as fresh as the day she got them done. I thought about reaching out to Kimber, but had such bad experiences, I was very apprehensive. I finally made contact with Kimber, sent her photos of my brows. She agreed to see me. I made the appointment January 2023, she mapped them to perfection and began the process of creating beautiful brows. She even said she was sorry I'd gone through so much work to have been left like I was. But did not comment negatively on the other place. A testament of a true professional Kimber is. I had very little flaking, the color and shape held perfectly during the 6 week healing process. I lost nothing! I just had my re-touch done yesterday, no re-mapping was needed because my brows were still there, right where she put them! Kimber's personality is very chill, she has a relaxing vibe. Easy to talk to, explains the process as she creates a perfect set of brows. And she doesn't rush, she doesn't make you feel like you can't have any input. Kimber, you have a client for life. I will never trust anyone other than you again. I'm just sorry I didn't find you sooner...

Our first meeting went off without a hitch, and we got along right way. During my hair and makeup trial, we were able to exchange style and color ideas and agree pretty quickly on what we would do for my wedding day. The final look of both my hair and makeup that day was so good (and my fiance complimented me on them after a date night that night,) I hired her a few weeks later. Nicole was a pleasure to work with through the whole wedding planning process. I really felt like I was e-mailing a friend, not just a wedding vendor. I was also able to work with her for my bridal shoot, and the pictures came out amazing. I couldn't wait to share them with my friends and fiance! Of course, my girlfriends saw them first, and the compliments were endless. On the day of the wedding, she and her team arrived to my home five minutes early. We had one glitch with the schedule and some last minute makeup decisions to make, but the morning ran very smoothly otherwise. We had a great morning with them, and everyone's hair and makeup looked fantastic and matched our wedding style. I did get a complaint from one of my bridesmaids, but they were able to fix the makeup situation before we all had to leave for the wedding venue. Thanks, y'all, for making our wedding day morning so much fun!

I love Diu, she is very talented, hard working and does an amazing job on my nails everytime I come…read moreback to her. I referred my mom here and she was so happy with how Diu took care of her. Was very attentive and great customer service. One thing though that I do want to point out. If your a customer who is looking at which nail tech to choose, I highly recommend Diu and if your new you need to make an appointment and when you get there go straight to her chair which is #7. When you enter go to left side and you'll see number #7. Why Am I pointing this out? Because not everyone in this Nail Spa works with integrity which is very sad. I just experienced a very disgusting behavior by one of their techs names Vi. I walked in another lady asked me how she can help me I told her I have an appt with Diu and I'll just sit down and wait since I already spoke to Diu on the phone. And Vi came up and asked me what she can do for me, I look at her and was 100% sure she was not Diu. I told her I have an appt with Diu and she then tilts her head acting confused so I pulled my phone trying to show her the text that maybe I was in the wrong place or maybe I was saying Diu's name wrong. I heard Diu's voice calling me and I turn around and saw her telling me sit at her table. When I sat down I came to realize what Vi was trying to do. I work in a sales job and experience sales theft and poaching of customers and Vi was trying to pretend either she was Diu or that there's no one names Diu there. This is very wrong, I pay good money and leave a generous tip because when I see someone goes above and beyond to make sure I love my nails I will come back and bring people with me. That's who I am. But not everyone in this nail salon believe in their own capabilities and talent that they resort to taking someone else's customer. The other nail tech should WORK HARDER to be known for their work to gain more customers and not take Diu's customers that she builds relationship with and take care of. I hope the Spa owner reads this, please address this. You're gonna lose customers if this toxicity keeps happening. No one wants to be tricked and lied to because what if Diu wasn't there to guide me to her chair! Then Vi would have lied to me to try and poach me. That is disgusting behavior. But overall, I love this Nail spa!
