My only complaints is that they were very rough with my hair during wash and blow dry (burned my scalp a few times) and I definitely have a lot of whispies at the top of my head sticking out which I know is from breakage in my hair overall but felt maybe a product on top shouldve been applied? Also didn't love that they left me sitting at the sink to answer the phone, I think a professional place like this should focus on the client especially a first timer.
