    Dropped in and bought some new furniture. The sale person was nice and helpful. The availability of the product was disappointing. Delivery time from purchase was almost 6 weeks. I guess I would expect that display merchandise should be more readily available. The sale floor is hard to navigate as they do not merchandise like types of furniture together it is all spread across the entire show room which made it difficult to compare sets.

    UPDATE I got through 10:22 pacific time. Spoke to a Dj who is asst manager who is now telling me he is looking to save me money !!!!! Because of a 10% cancelation fee!!!! That was NEVER said to me not even through text when I was reaching out to Kimberly about canceling! WHAT A JOKE !!! This company is! He's bringing up policy ! Is it not policy to be ethical! And have good customer service!!! Get out of here with the hypocrisy about policy ! ZERO stars if I could ! DO NOT come here for furniture. My parents moved out to Arkansas about a month ago and we needed to order new furniture for their new house. Not being familiar with the new area we decided to go with Ashley's because we are used to Ashley's furniture stores in California were we are from. I called placed a phone order for a few items. The sales rep had no problem taking my phone order! She did mention the delay in delivery because of covid we understood. When we arrived two weeks later items still weren't scheduled to be delivered and they really needed a new couch. We went to a furniture store near by Hanks and we were able to order and deliver a new couch that arrived 3 days later. Great customer service they understood our situation and even surprised us and had it delivered a day earlier than scheduled. I reached out to cancel the couch order and I could never get through to someone through their main line. I am back in California and my parents are older and can't drive down. I then texted my sales person and she wasn't much help either! These people are theifs ! I have attached my conversations with the sales rep dating back to Late June! It is July 22nd today! Still no cancelation confirmation or refund! I've been trying to call again to cancel the complete order and I cannot get though this is INSANE. I think I have been more than patient!

    Literally the worst. Like so bad. We ordered our furniture on 8/14, it was due in 9/4. The salesman gave us a heads up that deliveries are running about two weeks late, no worries, we anticipated the delivery on 9/18. 9/18 comes and goes and nothing. I reach out to the 1800 number that is on our receipt they say it will be there next week! Okay, great, we can wait another week no worries. This one more week thing has gone on for several more weeks. Now, today, we had a gauranteed delivery between 12&3 and they just texted me that I need to reschedule my delivery for next week. We have spoken to the store's help desk, the online help desk, the call center help desk (who are literally all the worst customer service representatives I have ever heard) and they ALL said one more week for the last SIX WEEKS. Our hypothetical bed and mattress should be here by Christmas....though I am not holding my breath. Just as a soundbite of how bad this is, we had a couch CUSTOM MADE a week after we orderd our bed from there and the couch that they had to make, is already here. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. ***Updating to add*** I emailed the email address from the reply and still haven't received our furniture. They agreed to deliver it today, 10/21, but then said they spoke to me last week and I agreed to change it to 10/22. THIS DISCUSSION NEVER HAPPENED. I never spoke to anyone at a call center last week, at this point I would have never given them permission to change the date, and had I known I wouldn't have cleared all the furniture out of my room (again) this morning! Just seriously stay away, they literally, flat out lie.

    Very large showroom of retail priced furniture, including sofas, loveseats and living room sets. Everything is put together with accents and such so that you can try and imagine what it will actually look like in your home. We were looking for a specific style of bedroom furniture and did not find what we wanted here.

Not much has made me feel that dissatisfied and dismissed. But, this time. I mean, people have their limits. Let's start at the beginning... This was my first and only purchase from At Home. I purchased a $100 gift card weeks ago, on or around November 20th. The only notification I received was an automated email confirming the order. It never arrived and I was never charged - until one morning earlier this week. A charge for $100 was added then canceled a moment later (weeks after the order was placed) according to my card company I still have received no gift card I have also received zero communication from anyone at the company. In fact, they have made it as difficult as possible to communicate with a human customer service representative. Zero interest in assisting customers. Better for us to get busy and give up so they make more money. Total customer care failure I opened a complaint ticket and I received yet another automated email notifying me that my complaint wasn't in the right dept. So I had to file ANOTHER complaint and got ANOTHER auto email saying it had been received. The only human contact I have had is when I finally got someone (after 4 attempts) to pick up the phone. She told me a gift card had shipped on the 11th of December! That's the first I was hearing about it. She did not address any of these issues I've discussed above and brought to her attention. She did not give me a delivery date. She offered no assistance with my dissatisfied feedback. Is this the closure of my ticket? The feedback vacuum AND the overall buying AND customer service experience has been genuinely appalling. I've never experienced anything like it Honestly, I've never had a company treat me so unimportantly or insignificantly before. Especially since I've gone out of my way to show this company patience and extend a little good faith while waiting for some sort of attempt to retain me as a customer. So much for that As things sit currently, I just received a one sentence email from a "Customer Service Specialist" that simply said, "We sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience." No sign of a gift card yet, or even a charge, or shipment confirmation notification. We'll see how it goes at Christmas when it's time to give my sister her gift card since... I still have received no gift card Yes, seriously. This is all about a simple gift card Avoid this nightmare retail experience at all costs UPDATE: Was sent yet another automatic email response when I asked why I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE. It's officially been over a month and I'm no closer to a resolution than I was when I ordered the damn thing. Ugh!

After paying for replacement glass, Galaxy scheduled an installation appointment... then no-showed and had to reschedule. At the second appointment, the technicians arrived but quickly discovered they had brought the wrong size glass. Frustrating, but mistakes happen. What is unacceptable, however, is what we discovered afterward. When they removed the front panel, more shards of glass fell out and were left scattered across our patio and lawn. This was extremely unsafe, especially since we have people walking in that area. I called Galaxy to report the issue and was told a manager would get back to me. The operations manager finally called, but offered no real solution... and to make matters worse, it sounds like our replacement glass hasn't even been ordered yet. Overall, the lack of communication, repeated mistakes, and disregard for safety have been very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Galaxy.

    We recently moved to NW Arkansas into a new construction home and knew we wanted a very sleek…read moremodern looking pool to match the look of the house! I called and got bid from about 5 companies in NWA, and although Burton was on the higher end... I can tell you it is 110% worth it. I would not have traded a few thousand dollars for the quality and care we got throughout the whole process. I was living in California during my planning process and knew it could be tricky trying to get someone on the books living so far away at the time. Our sales rep was Whitlee! He was my first point of contact and walked me through the whole process of the pool. He came out to see the pool location before we even moved to the area. At that point I knew customer service was something they greatly value. We booked them in January 2020 and they started the end of April 2020. We chose a 16x36, 6 feet deep concrete pool with full end to end steps and a padded vinyl liner (it doesn't tear up my kids feet). We got an electric heat pump (which is awesome), a salt system, in floor cleaning system, a 3 LED lights that change colors. We also added the cutest giant concrete stepping stones rather than a traditional sidewalk. I love it so much and it really makes it look modern. During the process we upgraded the concrete to have a hand scrapped border (see pics below). Our project manager was Josh. He walked me through every step of the process and answered any of my questions (which I had MANY, ha). The teams doing each part of the project were fast and efficient. I have truly never seen harder workers in my life. I told Josh the project manager they all deserve a raise :). It was just under 4 weeks from the time they started digging to the time we were swimming. I was literally shocked. I know that timeline is not the norm because we didn't have a ton of "extra" things like water features and retaining walls, etc. But still... 4 weeks is impressive. Chris installed our vinyl liner and pool cover. He came to our house Memorial Day weekend just to make sure I had chemicals to swim for my opening weekend. I was so thankful he took time away from his family to do that for my family. Our pool lesson was with Jay. He was so patient and took about an hour to show us every feature and how everything works. I've probably called/texted him 4 times in the past week asking him questions because I couldn't remember what he taught me and he joyfully answers all of them. So in recap... I was nervous to start a big pool project because I have heard horror stories of people saying it was 6-9 months building a pool and that you never know when people will show up, etc. Burton was on-time and on-budget. I always felt like I knew exactly what was happening and when. In the end we have a beautiful pool even better than I imagined.

I ask for a backwash hose and the service person gave me a hose. He did not ask me what diameter size I needed so I assumed there was only one size. well there is 1 1/2" and 2". he gave me the smaller size so it did not fit. when I tried to exchange it they would not because it was opened. should I have asked for the right size, probably. Come on, let's show a little customer service and take care of a good customer. there is someone else who wants my business.

They sell you these "protection plans," maybe come out one time, spray some mystery liquid on your furniture, and then when the issue comes back, suddenly they have an excuse why they can't help you. In my case, I bought a dining set with light-colored cloth seats. We have a toddler/granddaughter, so naturally there were a couple stains. I filed a claim, they came out, sprayed something on the chairs, the stains disappeared, and they told me if they came back to call them and they'd look at another solution. Fast forward a few months. We barely even use this dining table except for holidays or cookouts. After a recent barbecue, there were a couple NEW stains added from little barbecue fingers, but I also noticed the ORIGINAL stains had bled back through the fabric where they previously treated them. I pulled the original claim photos, and you can CLEARLY see that part of the staining is identical to the original damage they "fixed," plus the few newer spots. So I call them, explain this, and they tell me: "Unfortunately, this is considered an accumulation of stains." No... unfortunately, it's not. What you're calling "accumulation" is literally the original stain bleeding back through after YOUR treatment failed. Your own photos would prove that. But instead of honoring the warranty, they just make up wording to deny the claim. So essentially: * They didn't actually fix the issue the first time * The damage returned * They can verify it returned from previous claim photos * And now they're using that same unresolved issue as the reason to deny coverage Absolutely insane. And did I mention when you call Sam's and tell them what's going on, they pretend to listen and care and say, "Oh, we'll write this down and let a manager know." Well apparently LOTS of people have been "writing it down" and LOTS of managers have been "notified," because judging by these reviews, this has clearly been going on for quite a while. At this point, throw the whole furniture store away So here's my honest advice: Buy the furniture if you want to. It's decent enough for a few years. But DO NOT waste your money on the furniture protection plan. It's smoke and mirrors. Zero stars if I could.
