I don't recommend this location at all hope nobody gets scammed like we did!! they always have new ppl at the site every time so u never get to talk to the same person!!! they charged me for my couches before I receive just some pieces of my furniture I cannot count how many headaches we have gotten and how many calls to customers services they don't help at all I'm still paying charges because I don't have a choice and my credit score has dropped tremendously!! this is a warning to anyone trying to get furniture plus furniture isn't good quality. Walked into the store on Memorial Day to see the sales on patio furniture. Found a set that was originally 1800, marked down to 1550 or something like that. I told the sales lady it was out of my price range, and she said she might be able to get the manager to come down to about 1000. Manager came over and said no but could do 1200. I said I was hoping for a better deal, and the manager said "Go to Walmart, that might be in your price range" which is probably the rudest statement to say to a customer. Overpriced, terrible management, and I would stay away. read more

I walked in while having a phone conversation. The sales person asked 4 times if he could help so I said if I needed anything I would let him know. He followed me all the way through the store and told me they made him do it. I tried to let the large manager know that I didn't appreciate it, and I didn't want to be followed but she told me I could just leave. Now I know why the store was completely empty on a Saturday afternoon. I won't be returning. read more

I bought a sofa from Ashley on Fairmont. It was delivered and hardly used at all and the sofa collapsed by at least 8 inches in 3 weeks. I called the company and they said that this was "normal" wear and tear...I had to wonder why would they admit to this. I went by the store and got no satisfaction from them. I will buy nothing more from Ashley After my initial Yelp Review I was contacted by A rep from Ashley they acted as though they were interested in solving the problem. I gave them my information from when I bought this couch from them and they said that it was out of warranty. I explained that when I first started complaining about the issue the couch was three weeks they refused to do anything about it. I finally gave up on the situation but this week decided to post a Yelp review. It was not my fault that they failed to address the situation at the time and it was now passes time. On February 10, 2024, I bought two (2) Power Sofas with Adjustable Headrests (Item: 5930247) at the Ashley Homestore in Pasadena, Texas. I paid $3,224.21 total for both sofas plus delivery charge, protection plan, and tax on my credit card. Ashley's delivered the sofas to my home on 2/15/2024. Unfortunately, the Leather material of these sofas has failed. After only 6 months (August 2024), I noticed the Leather peeling. I called your store and the Extend warranty company on August 10, 2024, and after 2-1/2 weeks I received an email stating that the couch was still under the manufacturer's warranty and my claim was closed. On August 23, 2024, I called Ashley's customer service and through an online chat they offered me a $167 Ashley's gift card. I declined that offer and they then offered to repair the sofa. I accepted that offer. Before any repair appointment was set up, I was notified by email on August 24, 2023, that I had no warrantable concerns present and my claim was closed, noting that the failure is a Manufacturing of fake leather. I made one more call to Ashley's on August 25, 2024, and was told that normal wear and tear is not covered. This is not normal wear and tear! You offer a one-year warranty on all manufacturing issues. Material is supposed to last for years, not months! When I questioned that answer, you had me send more photos, but then ghosted me. I expect Ashley to pick up their defective furniture from my house and refund my money fully! read more

When we called they said we wont get everything else until OCTOBER!! When we called they gave us a horrible attitude, & did not wanna help at all. Don't buy from here if you want furniture delivered. I purchased mid April on a Sunday, and was told by the sales lady that my item would be delivered the following Friday. Having had a bad experience before I asked if she was sure and was the chair at the warehouse. She said yes. Hurried and took payment and was in a hurry - obviously wanted a sale. Guess what, 8 weeks later and no chair. Every week I call, every week it's going to be another week. Twice the people I called told me it was in the warehouse. What the heck???! What a joke. Lesson learned, never again. Whoever is in charge of allowing salespeople to sale items that have over a month delivery time (WITHOUT TELLING CUSTOMERS) should really take a look at their business model. The sales person should have been truthful. Done with Ashley, don't shop here. read more

I would never order anything from these people. They lie to there customers and conduct bad business. They wait for over to months to deliver an exchange and then say they can't do it because there is a dog hair on it. These people live in Lalaland to think the couch is going to look the same way after they take two 2 months to deliver. That is absolutely absurd. read more

I order a dinning set in April 2021 and was told I would receive it by July. It's Sep and I still haven't gotten anything. Thanks a lot. I tried canceling yesterday and was offer a discount and a delivery for 9/22 with my table and 4 stools, and now they are saying they only have the table to deliver and the stools will come Jan 2022. So now I have to figure out what to do for the holidays.? I'll give it another week to see if there is an update but if not I'm canceling. Not worth the wait. I can go to Rooms To Go and get my order with in a month or 2. Which I knew I should've done but I gave this place a shot. What kind of furniture store delivers 9 months later?!! Ridiculous. 10/14/21 Here's another update. A week after my initial post I called again to cancel and was told all my items were in stock, and they wanted me to schedule 3 deliveries on different days. Well I decided not to and have all items delivered in one day. Well it's a day before delivery and I'm told only my table will be coming after they told me all my items where coming. I tried calling twice to cancel my order because I'm done dealing with this, and now my call is answer and then I'm transfer and no one picks up. Can someone please contact me to cancel my order. This is the 5th chance I have given this company and it the same issue. Im over it. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!! We bought a couch set 2 months ago. Every week they keep pushing the delivery date. They promised us it will get here a month ago and then they said in a week. Now they're saying another week. Today they called and they said another month. This is ridiculous. I already got rid of my old couches whenever they promised the delivery. I have no couches at the moment, because they're false guarantees. I'm definitely going to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. read more

calling this specific location was terrible. Had to call 5 times before I could get through to someone! The first 4 times I got hung up on! As soon as the phone was answered it got hung up! No one could give me an explanation for why I was getting hung up on. Anyways I was originally calling because we bought a dining room set and one the the chair legs was about 1/2 inch smaller than all the other 3 legs. It would wobble from side to side! All they offered me was an exchange A MONTH LATER!!! Keep in mind we bought the protection and all that extra shit they offer to avoid a "difficult" experience and might I add that They had me send in pictures videos ETC. before they could process anything.I ended up making the 50min drive to the warehouse to do "an even exchange" because I refused to wait a month for a replacement chair. Which I later found out wasn't even going to get replaced, only one leg would get replaced read more

If I could give this place a negative review I would. I bought these couches in April and they said due to COVID it would be 6-8 weeks upon delivery. Well they called in June and said it got pushed back to July. In July they said it got pushed back to August. So we're in October and I get a call saying my couch would get here this week. So I make sure I'm here all morning, turns out it was the WRONG couch. So I've been waiting since April and I have yet to receive my couch. I keep calling and no one seems to have an answer, i just keep getting transferred to different departments. Literally a joke. If you plan to buy from them then just know you'll be waiting for about + 6 months with awful communication and terrible customer service. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I ignored the horror stories and bought couches for the 4th of July sale. Now I'm being told the couches that I paid cash for a month ago will not be available until November. I understand that this pandemic has posed unprecedented problems in all industries but a no call no show is about the most unprofessional thing someone can do. I stand by my original statement. Horrible bought couches from them. Which were expensive to say the least. About a moth or two later we experienced sagging on one of the cushions they came and just added stuffing to that one cushion. Then another few months went by and the leather started peeling we called and they said oh there is nothing we can do. I spoke with the manger and she basically told me sorry about that but the policy is blah blah blah. I could understand that if we had the couches for years but it's was a few months. We won't ever buy their overpriced furniture again. read more

Had a wonderful experience at the Pasadena location. Approached as soon as I entered the store. Zee Gaytan and Cindy Rios were extremely helpful and gave me a great deal on a sofa. Patrick Roewe was an excellant associate to deal with. We bought our sofa on a lease to own with an early payoff option which we took advantage of. I am sorry that I paid it off now as I have had two issues with this sofa since March. I wish that I had waited to pay it off then when I had the problems that I am experiencing now I would just tell them to come and pick it back up. I noticed on Sunday that one seat on the sofa was at least 6 inches lower than the others. I called Ashley and jumped thru all their hoops to get service. On Monday we recieved a voicemail saying that it was normal wear and tear. Now how would this be normal wear and tear since March, was this woman trying to say that there merchandise would not last and is expected to look like this after 4 months? This side of the sofa is rarely used. This woman arbitrarely made this descision without even talking it out with me she just left a message, to me this is no way to run a business. read more

I purchased a couch on 3/12/2022 originally that was $1000. When it came in, it had turned out the couch was 2 pieces and the money we spent was basically a sharp angled chaise with no arm rests. It was delivered within 2 weeks of purchase, and I called to find out why I did not receive the entire couch the day of. I was able to get a discount on the second piece, which was delivered close to 3 weeks later. The entire time, we had almost nothing to sit on besides the tiny chaise. When the second piece was finally delivered and set up, I was very satisfied. However, the second piece broke within a month of purchase. I had to call 5 times to get it replaced, every single time I was told I would "hear back soon". After I heard that the couch was finally going to be replaced, I was told the warehouse is currently out of stock on the specific model couch I'd purchased. So I waited a month & called back in May, for them to tell me they would not receive the product in until July. I waited until July, called, and was told a later date (July 13th turned to July 19th), I called back on that next date & the shipment was postponed again. This time until the end of July. I called at the end of July, the representative told me there was another delay until August 6th. I called on August 6th, the representative stated it would be in August 9th. Today is August 10th & I've been told the couch is postponed until August 19th. I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was put on hold for 3 minutes, and the representative hung up on me when she got back on the line. I'm so incredibly frustrated and I wish I'd known how shitty this company is before I purchased a piece of their furniture. The warranty, the couch, all of it is not worth this frustration. read more

We bought a dinning table its arrived damaged the second time it arrived built wrong. The guys that built the table onew the table did not latch but did not tell my wife of the issue. They left, knowingly knowing it was not safely latched and thought i guess we would not notice. Completly unacceptable and wrong. The leaf extension was built wrong it could not be latched. Now were waiting on the 3rd table 2 weeks till its delivered after 2 hour phone call. We went to the store after the sales man stopped answering our phone calls or texts regarding the issue to be addressed. We went to the store and salesman provided a paper for a number to call. I told Him i came all the way here all you can do is provide a number? We called the number wait at least 45 min before someone answers the phone. They make you send an email also Its very frusturating. their very helpful in selling you furniture but lack customer service its a headache. Will never buy ashley furniture ever again. In mid May, I purchased a couch and a dresser that were both really nice but the process of getting it was a pain in the rear. The sales rep informed my mom of a bogo deal when we arrived but when it came time to purchase he informed us that sale ended at 12p that day. What company actually does that? Also, this was at about 6p and he didn't know? We were expecting to leave with the furniture that day but they have absolutely nothing in stock. Not only would they not deliver it, but their warehouse was about a 40 minute drive from this location without traffic. Okay then. Today I tried to make a payment and apparently you can't do that in store. Why? So there's 3 different credit companies that they use and I now have open accounts with all of them. I spoke to their service desk who didn't understand how I didn't know what company I had. How would I if I never even received the information from the company that was actually billing me? You can imagine my confusion when I logged on to one of the other accounts a didn't see any transactions and spoke to a rep who had no idea what was going on. Who knew buying furniture would be this complicated? read more

I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!! My husband and I bought a bunk bed set and a double wide recliner from there and we were told that our delivery would be in two weeks. Two days later we got a call saying that it was going to be a two month delay due to a high demand for that particular bunk bed set. Finally when it came in and was delivered, the guy tells me that he couldn't put the drawer together because there screws wouldn't fit where it was suppose to go and the center support beam would have to be moved in order to get the draw to fit. So he left it there. Then, come to find out the Bunkie board that we ordered was the wrong size. We called customer service and they told us we had to go up to the store. (Now the reason they are getting one star is because the manager was so helpful in trying to get our situation corrected.) We were told BY THE MANAGER, that everything was corrected and that they would come back out. HOWEVER, the only person that came out was I guess the delivery manager and he put the drawer together (which is why they got the second star) But no one showed up to swap the Bunkie board. We have been back and forth between customer service and the store for days only for them to tell us a bogus excuse about how we have to wait for a manager from the financing company to come sign the paper work so they can deliver the correct Bunkie board. I will never Never NEVER go back to this store for another peice of furniture. I assumed that Ashley Furniture was a sophisticated and caring company that up held the notion that the customer was the number one priority but ohhh how I was wrong. They don't care about the customer. Once you sign on that dotted line they show you their true colors!!!! read more

I'd give a 0 rating if i could. Rude, incompetent manager. I purchased a sectional and bedroom furniture in July and they did it as a lease instead of a sale. So now I'm paying $5000 for $2000 worth of furniture (which it isn't even worth that) . Not to mention, my signature was forged on the agreement and they refuse to acknowledge that even though it doesn't match my other signatures on file. The manager told me to basically call corporate. They're not answering so a lawyer is my next step! read more

They need to throw the whole store away!!!...I had to go through two different finance companies to purchase one bed...not only that I took the time off from work waiting on the delivery and the driver didn't want to make the delivery, because he didn't want to get his new pair of sneakers wet and it wasn't even raining. So he called customer service and to them he wasn't able to make the delivery. Their furniture IS very nice & salesmen/women are easy to deal with and in no way pushy. It's their delivery that cost them the additional stars. It ALWAYS shows up late, the drivers are rude & argue about what they are to do, if they can figure it out in the first place. If I didn't receive my dresser already I would cancel my order but they match my dresser so I guess I'll wait another month for them. I have even offered to pick some up at any of the stores but they will not let. Still no word from my salesperson or anyone else as of today (3.30.20)my nightstands are delayed til April 8th. Most incompetent furniture store I have ever ordered from. There have been so many problems with the deliveries of my couches and entertainment center. I will start with the couches. The first one I picked out they couldn't get it through the door. I of course thought no big deal and tried exchanging it for ones that would. Mind you the couch NEVER left the truck and corporate still put up a fight for the exchange. When it finally got approved the new couches arrived no big deal now here's where it gets bad. The entertainment center came with the option for a fire place insert which we got. They came to deliver it in two pieces but dropped and broke the wood piece and had to send it back. So I have had just the fireplace piece for over a month and they finally delivered the final piece to complete my living room. They said they couldn't put the fire place in I had to do it myself by taking out the shelf in its place and cutting a large square out of the back. I started to then realized the doors on it are crooked. I am very unhappy with this and all the delivery problems. Highly recommend rooms Togo though. read more

DO NOT BUY HERE!! The quality is awful! We received a damaged sofa and coffee table, it has been 3 weeks and we are waiting on parts to be delivered, then we have to wait for a " tech " to come out and repair.
