Polite in store, but following through with the discussed delivery date... this place is…read moreabsolutely ridiculous in that department and is exactly why people find mattress shopping a pain.. bought the mattress (paid in full) 6/25. Mr. Shipp said our mattress would be delivered that following Monday (6/29) with a call the day before to confirm. No call the day before and according to our shipping it clearly wasn't going to be here on 6/29.. then they changed the delivery date to 7/2. Still no mattress. Then they changed it to 7/6 and apparently that's not going to work out either. Today (7/5) they called saying they were going to need to move it again to 7/11. Don't go here unless you plan on waiting for a month for your paid for mattress that was in stock.. DO go here if you feel like having your ear talked off and are in the mood to be fed a lot of bs.

I was on a very specific mission: a grey sectional. I went to a LOT of discount furniture stores,…read morereally not finding anything and the ones I did find were overpriced for the quality. I stumbled upon this place and instantly liked the grey sofa they had, which I was told comes in a sectional! Yay me! Bruce and Terry got me a great deal on the sofa. They told me it was a brand new product. And I had asked about when it would be delivered. It was Memorial Day weekend so they told me it might take a little longer, up to a week. I then did not hear from them for a week, so I called to check in. Bruce told me that the date they were supposed to get the couch was not until June 18th. I was shocked and upset. Bruce informed me that he was not aware I was given a delivery date of a week, because it was a new product and there was no way to guarantee that. He apologized profusely and wanted to accommodate me best he could. He asked me if there was anything else I needed, and I still needed a dinette. So he encouraged me to come in and he would give me a great price and free delivery if the table and couch could be delivered together. I went in and found a great dinette and again a price incomparable to anything I had seen at other stores. My couch ended up coming in June 13th. Bruce called me as soon as he got it and asked if I was available that day to get it delivered to me. I said yes yes!! So upon delivery, turns out they forgot the table. Bruce assured me they would bring it to me the next day (it was already the end of the day and he didn't think they could make it back out to my area in Montrose). They brought back the table next day as promised. Overall, the furniture is great quality for the price! But I unfortunately had some bumps. They did do everything possible to make the process less painful. I would for sure return to this store!

On this day, I was actually only looking at prices and looking for a layaway program. I felt he was pushy and that he 'stole' a possible sale from this original man who tried to help. Even if he was the manager, let your employees earn their commission / sale.. you make enough being the manager. Those are the two things that really turned me off about this place. I have worked commission sales and know this was not appropriate. I also told him what my range was. He showed me what would be available, but he didn't have any at his location, but at another where they take mattresses back if a customer is not happy with them. I get that he wants to make a sale, but to buy a used mattress is not going to work for me. So I told him I would think about it and would let him know. I never went back.
