Since the purchase, we have experienced numerous problems and have had the couch exchanged five separate times. At this point, we are seeking appropriate compensation for the continued inconvenience. Each time we contact customer service, we are told there is no one higher up available to speak with. As someone who works in sales, I find that very difficult to believe--there is always a next level of escalation. Being offered a $200 credit on a $3,500 purchase, after everything we've dealt with, feels extremely inadequate and frankly quite insulting. In addition to the repeated issues with the product itself, we have had to miss work multiple times to accommodate delivery windows, all while working around your company's schedule. The overall customer service experience has been very disappointing, and we have not been provided with any meaningful resolution or a way to connect with someone who has the authority to help. I tried out different mattresses and learned that the company would custom make the one I picked. Unfortunately, I didn't want to wait the nearly 2 weeks for it to be made. Heather checked the computer and found one that had the base of the less expensive mattress but the cushy cloud top of the more expensive one I liked. Perfect! Paid for it and it would be delivered for free in 2 days. Delivery came as expected and the 2 guys were great. They even moved our previous mattress to our kid's room. (So helpful because seeing them struggle with it makes me pretty sure my husband and I would have had issues.) Main thing now is that the bed feels VERY FIRM.... Nothing like the cushy cloud I was expecting. I was ready to call them and tell them we didn't want this one. Will give it the 90 days. (Sigh) I was really expecting that fluffy one. Who knows, if it doesn't soften up, we might have to exchange it for that top of the line one that felt like heaven with a hefty price tag. Despite me not LOVING the mattress yet...
