If I could give this location 0 stars I would! Absolutely the worst place! These people need a training in customer service! They do not greet you upon entering the store. They are just standing around and look at you crazy, never asking if you need assistance. There's only one Spanish lady that tries to assist other than that the rest are incompetent! I would rather drive to the woodlands location! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my couch in June, and I was told I would get the couch July 29th. I called the day before to make sure I would be able to get the couch for the scheduled delivery date and I was assured I would. The very next day I get a call saying that my delivery date won't be until august 2nd because all they had was the ottoman. I was also told by some one I would get a partial delivery of my sectional with everything except the love seat on august 2nd and that the love seat would be delivered august 16. August 2nd comes and no one calls me about delivery, I called all day and no one answers the phone. Finally I get some one on the phone the next day and the lady tells me everything is on back order until mid August. They are not truthful and they are extremely unprofessional. My son will be coming home from his summer vacation to our new apartment with no couch. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering anything from them ever again. It's just not worth the headache and the stress. read more

Firstly, Alex was great in helping us find the right couches and mattress for our wants/needs. The problem started when we went back to the store to place the order and spoke to another salesperson. We decided to do the six months interest free financing, which she gladly helped us apply for but failed to mention that their "financing" was opening a credit card in my husband's name and charging the amount of the purchase to the card. Needless to say, we were surprised to get a credit card in the mail and were met with a terrible attitude from the employee at the store when we called to question it. Then we move into our new house, where we didn't have any furniture in one of the bedrooms (hence purchasing the mattress). When the guys came to deliver the mattress, they set it against the wall, asked us to sign, and promptly left without giving us the opportunity to verify that it was the correct mattress. When we got the bedframe and put the mattress on it, it turned out that the store had delivered the wrong size mattress (California King when we had ordered a King). After going in to the store to try to get it rectified, the lady who put the order in the system put the wrong part number for the king size, so we have in writing that it was a sales error and the store was at fault. Two weeks later, the store is saying that they will not rectify their mistake because we "didn't have furniture in the room at the time of delivery". Which is an unacceptable excuse to not correct the mistake that their salesperson made. For as much as we spent on this mattress, I expected much better customer service from the Store Manager. Very disappointed and we will not be returning to this store. read more

DO NOT BUY furniture from Ashley's. I would give zero stars but they make you give at least one. I rarely do reviews but felt it necessary to warn others from going through what we have gone through. Ever since we purchased furniture from this store, there has be issues with every piece that we received. We have tried reaching out to customer service several times but we are on hold for hours and it normally takes days to finally get through. Even after speaking with them, we still have to wait for any resolution. We have gone to the the store several times to speak with management and all they tell us to do is call the customer service number. We told management that they are hard to reach but nothing else was done. Management at this store seems only to care about sales and not about making sure customers are taken care of when their cheap furniture starts falling apart or if we have issues with an order. We had a lift top table for about two weeks before it collapsed (picture attached) and we are still trying to get them out to service. The two stools we purchased started wobbling after a few days and we ordered a kitchen table several months ago and all pieces are still not here. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this store and this company because the quality of product and quality of service are both unacceptable. read more

It will take forever to get you purchase, and when you do I promise there will be something wrong with it, and it will take for ever to get it fix are replaced if any of that takes place. We bought 2 tables in October of 2021 and a server, we received 1 of the tables in December it had a broken shelf, Ashley was sending out a tech to fix it, a tech has been here twice with no shelf, the dining room table came in pieces received all pieces finally in the middle of feb. of 2022, and still no server. read more

I purchased a brand new 3 piece couch set from here and am now wishing I had gone somewhere different. I purchased it back in October 2020 and have had issues with not only the company, but also the couch set I received since. The couch set took 4 months to be delivered and on top of that we received a defective loveseat. We had noticed it upon delivery and notified the company who agreed to replace it. It is now the end of March 2021 and we haven't even heard back from them regardless of how many times we've reached out to them. The set is paid off and it seems like they could care less about customer satisfaction as long as they've been paid. Save your money and go anywhere else even Walmart because at least they replace defective products. read more

I responded and emailed Ashley per the response on here. It has been 5 days and I haven't gotten a response yet. So frustrating!

Do not order from this store! Communication on delivery has been horrible and service people are not helpful. I get a totally different story every time I call. They promised partial delivery upon purchase then took that away. Then called to schedule a partial delivery only to have half of the things I was told were coming show up. Called back and was told remainder would be 2 more months. Was then again promised delivery as items became available and have now been told again they don't do partial deliveries. There is no excuse for poor customer service! read more

Horrible service. I put in an order for a chaise over a month ago. Called to check in on it....won't be delivered until August. Save your time and money and dont order or shop from Ashley furniture. BEWARE OF ASHLEY FURNITURE! Thanks to Ashley furniture, I will have 1/2 a couch for my 25 guest to sit on for Christmas. I bought a sectional couch from Ashley near Deerbrook Mall near Houston. They promised me my couch would be delivered before Thanksgiving. Oh but we are having an issue with the loveseat section, it will need to be ordered. But it will be delivered on Dec. 17th. When the sectional was delivered the Wedge" (corner piece) was damaged. I showed it to the delivery people and they even took a picture of it. Had to call the main number to get anyone to talk to me about it. They practically accused me of damaging the couch myself in the 15 minutes it was in my house.Sent them my picture and they agreed to have a replacement delivered on the same day as the loveseat, Dec. 17. So delivery time is getting near, and I get a notice that the wedge will be delivered on the 17th. NOT A WORD about the loveseat. Called the local store and was told it was not here and would be delivered on Dec. 24. Great, I have company due from out of state before that! Asked for a supervisor and was told it would be in the warehouse on the 24th but delivered after Christmas! I told him to come get it, I didn't want half a couch for Christmas. "Oh, we don't work that way". It seems you don't work at all. You have made promises and not kept them, you have outright lied about a delivery date. I do not want half a couch, perhaps I should have it delivered to your doorstep! I cannot believe you are still in business treating your customers this way. I will be sure to tell everyone I know how my family is being treated. Please share this post with everyone you know! read more

After a bit of a struggle and postings I received a call from an escalations agent that worked with me on getting my pieces. I did have about a week delay between the first shipment but I can tell they we're actually trying. This doesn't make the original situation go away but it definitely did help. Worst Customer service I WISH I COULD PUT A NEGATIVE!!! I have ever had! the lady that i talked to about my purchase was rude ! and acted mad when I told her I had already got my financing set up only I just wanted to look at the bed in person she kept trying to pass me on to someone else and acted like I was bothering her, she took me up front to do the paper work and kept messing it up in the computer it was taking way too long for a purchase I already picked out before getting there and also had financing for she had an attitude and I got fed up and then I walked out.. I called up to the store to talk to a manager which I didn't get and another guy said fixed my order and placed it they tell me it will be at my daughters home on 4/30/20 which is today... the day of the order was 4/21/2020! well 2 days later i get a text saying it will be delivered on 5/5 to the wrong address! so I call the 800# on the text after being on hold 20 mins a lady gets on telling me she will fix all of it and I will get the bed on the 4/30/20 at the corrected address she even read it back to me, fast forward to today.. NO BED NO CALL NO TEXT so I call them oh to be told no the bed is not coming until 5/5 and the address is still wrong!!! now my daughter is moving into her house this weekend and my grandson has no bed to sleep on and I am very unhappy that they couldn't get such a simple task right and to mess it up 3 times in a row give me a break on the excuses! ROOMS TO GO never did that to me! what in the hell is wrong with these people, no one has even made notes on the account! I am so done this was my first and last purchase with this company! *HORRIBLE SERVICE * Tall skinny black girl was extremely rude to myself and my husband. I called about a mattress that was on sale earlier that day. The girl was very friendly, told me to come in and she would gladly assist me on my needs. Well I get there later that evening after work and her attitude was completely different after her and her manager tried to force me to buy mattress topper with mattress. Her manager was very convincing but I had my mind set on one thing and that was it. After I told her I didn't want the mattress topper she told me "Thats gross." "So you don't care about bugs getting in your mattress?" I told her I would purchase one at Walmart for half the price they were trying to sale theirs for. That just seemed to piss her off. So she points for us to go pay for our stuff up front. So when we get up there we are standing at register trying to pay. She then looks over rudely at us and tells her coworker "Did you tell them to come up?" The coworker was shocked herself and said "Wow she is rude." She then finished up our paperwork , handed it to lady at desk then walked to the back, grabbed her purse and went home. Never said Bye or Thank you. I was shocked by the whole thing. I immediately started a complaint on her at store and corporate. Corporate was nice enough to give store credit for our next visit. But honesty I will use that credit only and never return for a purchase again. Also purchased couches 4 yrs ago and they are tearing apart but that is a whole nother review. So yes bad service and raggedy furniture. Just be be careful when purchasing and avoid that tall skinny black girl. read more

I mean... Do I need to say more? All the reviews say the same thing. HORRIBLE service when it comes to picking up or delivery. This is the second time I purchased from Ashley's and had horrible experience and apparently they don't care to fix anything since reviews are still bad and the experience is still the same. Currently waiting on furniture I ordered over a month ago, and when I called the 855 349 7015 number to ask for an update (because I got a text that my furniture will be ready on Aug 25 I waited 23minutes then got "disconnected" I called again & waited again just to be told it will be ready "at" 9 30 I assumed she meant a time and kept asking what date and the lady had an attitude the entire time (since she answered) and I asked do you mean September 30? (a month from now) and her response was, yes that's what I've been telling you. I said well you should've just said that and her response was "I can choose to say whatever I wanna say" what kind of service do y'all have come on!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service was absolutely terrible and communication was nonexistent. I ordered my sons bedroom set and had it scheduled for a Saturday, they never showed. No phone call or anything. So I called and I had to reschedule the delivery (taking another day off of work,) they show up and didn't have the hardware to put together the bed. After all of that I noticed the drawers on the bed had chips on it. It was just a hassle to deal with Ashley furniture, NOT PROFESSIONAL. The icing on the cake, we returned the bedroom set and they didn't pick up all of the furniture. So we were left with the bed storage for a week because they didn't have it on their packing slip. Just absolutely ridiculous. Such a shame. read more

Went in ready to purchase a whole bed including a mattress and was hounded the entire process. We were laying on a mattress to ensure it's the one we liked and the sales person had a clipboard and was tapping it the entire time. Then abruptly asked if we were ready to apply for credit. We never said we were financing anything. Will just buy online to avoid that process ever again and will never step foot in another one of these stores again. Highly pissed customer!!! First I would like to express that my sales person Camila was great in assisting with me and helping me select the furniture I wanted. The reason I gave 1 star is because Ashley home store delivery team. Here's my story rather long for one to two days. So I picked up my furniture from the warehouse Sunday 4/9 and notice all my furniture would not fit. The warehouse employees were sweet to allow me to leave my sofa and have it delivered. So I contacted the humble location and they were so great this time to offer free delivery Tuesday 4/11 and I informed the rep that I need a late delivery because I get home around 4:30-5pm. She said ok but they will call about the time. So I get an email stating my delivery will be from 10:30-1:30pm. I immediately called and told them I couldn't make that due to work. So she rescheduled me to Wednesday 4/12. I get another email stating delivery time would be 10:00-1:00pm I called again to the humble location and asked for a manager the manager told me to see if they can push me down to the last delivery then transferred me to the delivery services. I informed her what he said and she said I don't know why he said that he can't see our system. Our deliveries are geographically scheduled there is no way to place you at the last stop I would have to reschedule. However I didn't. So Wednesday comes! I get a call that my child is sick so I immediately head home mean while the delivery time calls at 10:19 saying they will be enroute and should be there is 30 minutes. I'm already on the road headed home. So at 10:33 I get a call from the driver saying I'm outside your house , but it looks like no one is home. I stated I'm on the way be there in 20 mins. Then the delivery team calls and tell them the same thing. I text the driver at 10:52 letting him know I'm 10 mins always then at 10:55 letting him know I'm down the street . Yes I was driving fast!!. Besides the fact I have the delivery team waiting my son is still sick so I made a dr appointment while I was enroute to my home for 11:20 I asked my neighbor to lock up so I could make my appointment. So it's now 10:59 and the drivers began to unload to prepare to bring in my sofa. He starts with the cushions and then proceeds to bring in the couch. One way he tried it wouldn't fit, the second way I said bring it over to the left and push. They totally disregarded me. So he takes it out and start putting the cushions back in. I said oh you're doing that for extra protection? Not a mumbling word so I see him (driver) on the phone and the passenger proceeds to tape up the couch! At this point I'm clueless as to what is going on, neither one said anything. So I asked what are you doing? He said it won't fit, I said it will you need to push harder and bring it more to the left. He said "hey I've been doing this for 8 years", it's no work" I said try again then he said " I have 14 more deliveries, I said ok and I'm one of them! I stood in front of my couch meanwhile the driver was on the phone speaking Spanish I guess then that's when I got on my phone to call the humble location. As he's talking to her I'm talking to a rep at the humble location. So the delivery rep said the driver said you are refusing delivery. I said I never said that he started packing up she says he said it's not going to fit I said it will. I then informed them that I had a larger white couch from Ashley's that made it through the front door and out the front door for heavy trash. I have a black leather sectional that made it through the front door that is now in the back of the house. So I'm sure this piece of furniture would fit. The delivery guy ( the driver was soooo rude i was appalled) I didn't know Ashley furniture hired people like that. Anyways the driver gave me the phone and the passenger begins to take pictures I said do not take pictures of my house I'm not consenting to this, the rep said he has to. I said he doesn't have the couch so you're looking at a door frame, now had he taken a picture with the couch in the door then ok. So the passenger took pictures anyways because she informed me that she sees there is a garage. And ask if it can go through there I said it's stuff on the floor and plus I have a fridge in the kitchen but it can be moved. I said they need to try again. I handed the phone back to the driver and she said make her sign the waiver. I read that crap and told her he probably intentionally damage my wall. So anywho after reading I saw the place to sign and gave him back his tablet. So they bring my sofa back out this time the passenger her a blade knife to cut through the plastic then they began to take it out the box. I told them if you take it out the box I'm not liable, the first time you left the plastic and box on. The way they put my sofa down on the ground was hard it loud he damage my ceiling and door frame but all I got was $100 dollars store credit read more

Never in my life have I been so disappointed in what I thought was a "household" named store. The lack of customer care and service is overwhelming. I recently relocated to Houston and was excited about getting my home furnished and went to what I thought was a replicable franchise to purchase a bedroom set with an adjustable base. The representatives in the store seemed to be knowledgeable and recommended the exact type of adjustable base that I would need given that I purchased a bedframe that had wooden slates and dresser drawers at the base of the bedframe; I definitely wanted to ensure that the bed would have the type of support and also be compatible with one another so our sales representative, Chris, took me downstairs to speak with the bedding expert, Nick, to ensure that I got the right type of adjustable base. In the store before the sales all of these representatives appear to be so helpful, or so I thought. My furniture was delivered July 28, 2022 and sadly not even two months later on Sept 21, 2022 I notified the store to inform them that the base of the bed had completely broken and the bed was no longer functional and the actual wood that held the slates that is tasked with holding the foundation and the mattress just came crashing down. This alone already had me questioning the quality of the furniture and what made me even madder was that they told me that they were not able to get anyone out to repair the furniture until Nov 16, 2022. So basically, I had to endure not having an actual bedframe for ALMOST TWO MONTHS, so I had to sleep on a mattress on the floor when I just purchased a 3,000-dollar bedroom set with a 3,500-dollar adjustable base. Finally, what seemed like took forever, the day arrived for the third-party repair guy that they sent to repair my brand-new set arrived only for him to notify me that the parts that Ashely shipped to my house when he opened the box was all broken up. This repair guy was extremely nice, but he was unable to fix the bed do to the fact that the new parts were already broke upon arrival, which further raises some pretty big questions about their quality of furniture. The repair guy also informed me that there was no way that the base we purchased could be supporteed by the type of bedframe we purchased and that he had no clue why they would sell them as if they were compatible. So even if he were able to fix the bed, I would still have a 3,500-dollar adjustable base that I would not be able to use. If they would have just been honest, I would have picked a different set out, or went to another store and found something else to my liking. I feel like I could have done much better with a local moms and pops store. I have been getting nothing but the run around and promises to get back to me, but nothing. I want a refund and I am feeling like if I keep getting the run around that I am going to have to pursue legal matters because I am frankly getting tired at this point with the unanswered calls and emails. Tkeyah Eagleton, Store Operation Specialist, was the only one who seemed to listen and was the person to arrange the repair company to come out and repair the bed. Josie Long, Store Operations Manager, who promised to be in contact has not and has avoided my calls. I travel for business a lot and I see that I am going to have to go into the store. I wish I had read all of these reviews before I gave this store one cent of my money. BUYERS PLEASE BE WARE!!! I would hate for you to get the run around or have to go through this negative experience. It is not just frustrating, but very time consuming. read more

We have had the worst experience with Ashley Furniture. We ordered our sectional on April 18 and still have yet to received it. The sales lady told us we would have it on May 5 ,however, she failed to mention that part of the sectional was out of stock and never scheduled us for that date ( seemed like she was just trying to make the sale). I have lost count on how many times we have been rescheduled ( about 7 times ) and now I have been told that I cannot be scheduled and that the tentative date is now September 19 and likely to change . I have spoken to both managers ( Rachel and Calvin) about my order and have been assured several times that I would receive it but here we are on 08/04/20 and no sectional. I even offered to buy the display couch and was told that if I did not receive my order on 07/22/20 that it would be sold to me. The next time I spoke with the manager, he said that he could not sell it to me because my sectional will be "in stock." However, I am sure that they do not want to sell it so that they can continue selling it to customers even though they cannot deliver. Then I asked what happens if I don't receive the sectional in August, and he said that I can either cancel my order or reselect and they will waive my fee ( like if he is doing me a favor). I'm sorry but waiving my fee is the least that you can do for a sectional I have not received since April !This location is also impossible to get a hold of because they NEVER answer the phone so you pretty much have to go in person to get lied to. I was trying to make a complaint over the phone but have just been transferred around and have not gotten anywhere. read more

Absolute horrible experience!!!! Our sales representative name was Jodie. This place makes me sick I feel bad for the people that have to deal with these people. It's all a complete scam! First off the sales lady said before we applied for credit that they could match the Ashley online prices for the items and as soon as the credit was run she says she can't do that in order to get the no internet for so many months we'd have to pay full price for the items. So we come back the following day and decided not to do credit but pay another way and she assured us the items could be delivered Tuesday but then last minute she said it actually won't be until next month which is ridiculous. Also they kept promising 30% off and then another excuse came up on why we don't qualify for discount. It was one thing after another with these people. Management needs to do something about this location based on the 2 star rating at this location I'm sure I'm not the only one having issues. We talked to someone at customer and were told based on what was said over the phone they would not cover anything. A few minutes later she said they couldn't do anything because we purchased over a year ago. Seemed like she was looking for every excuse not to service their product. This company needs to start over with customer service. I purchased a bed a month ago and was called on Saturday the 15th of May and the 16th of May for delivery. I work retail and was not able to answer those calls but when they called that Monday I did. I spoke to a live person who stated that my bed was in and ready to be delivered. They gave me the days that were available and since my personal schedule had already been made I made adjustments to accommodate their delivery date. Thursday May 20th I disassembled and gave away my bed to someone in need. I also drove 45 minutes to the other side of town to pick a new mattress and box spring. My delivery time was slated from 4pm to 7pm and at 2:42pm I received a text message from Ashley Home store to track my order/driver. So I did and to my surprise it says that my order has been canceled. No one called me or sent an email stating this. I then call the 1-800 number and they tell me oh they didn't have all the parts and actually that was a tentative scheduled date. I'm sorry but how do you give a "tentative date " for a in home delivery and call the day before for confirmation???? In times like this were my job is very important for my livelihood and me taking off for this delivery and now not having a bed or even an eta on when it will arrive is not acceptable. Also not having adequate information in your systems to explain the reasoning to customers is ludicrous. I had to call and figure out my delivery was canceled an hour and 15 minutes before delivery time. No one reached out prior! This is beyond poor customer service!!! I will never purchase from here again! I would like to be contacted on this matter. read more

I normally don't write reviews, but I am so fed up by now. If I could give no stars to this location then I would. I am extremely disappointed in the way that this store is ran. I ordered a living room set from this location MONTHS ago after being told by the person who sold it to us that it would be delivered after 6 weeks. After the 6 week period, I called again to follow up about when the couches were going to be delivered only to be told that it would take 2 more weeks. I just got off of the phone with customer service representative, Jason, and was told that my delivery was not going to be guaranteed for an additional week. Not only that, he also gave me attitude for being upset about the situation. I understand that COVID has prolonged delivery, but if Ashley Furniture aims to be the best in customer service and retail in America, then I think this store should start with hiring new employees, and implement new ways to approach customers about the delivery process. There's nothing worse than moving into a furniture-less home and continuing to live in a furniture-less home, because of miscommunication on behalf of the store. I'm worried that I will have to wait even longer after being told I would receive the furniture by a certain date. Never ordering from Ashley again. read more

This is the worst experience by far with buying furniture. My girlfriend and i went into Ashley located on 59 and 1960 Humble and purchased a dinning room set as well as a bed bench. The sales rep checked stock and assured the furniture was in and ready for delivery. On delivery date the table and the wrong chairs were delivered with no bench. We called, called , and called but no one answered the phone. So my girlfriend and i masked up and made a visit to the store. After explaining our frustration, the store manager pulled up the ticket and apologized with no explanation on what may have occurred and promised that the bench and the correct chairs will be re-delivered on Thursday which is today. The delivery team arrived with the correct chairs for swap out but guess what , NO BENCH. At this point, i'm realizing they cannot get it right. read more

I enjoy shopping at Ashley HomeStore the sales Rep Pan in the Humble store always provide me with excellent customer service. He is the first sales rep that has ever sent me a thank you card in the mail I really appreciate him for taking the time to show me that he appreciate me as a returning customer and for that reason he will always be my go to guy I couldn't ask for a better salesman and he's a man of his word and an all around great person we need more people like him. He makes my shopping experience a great one each time I come in to shop. Kudos to Pan!!!! Pan is the man! read more

I went in recently to look at some couches. I'm a young guy, but I'm a recent college grad with a pretty decent job and saved up a decent amount of money for some furniture for my new apartment. I went in, and the sales staff ignored me at first. Eventually, one came over and helped me. I was asking about couches and said I wanted something comparable to FlexSteel. The only thing I said about a price was that I'm willing to pay a little more for good quality, as you should with a couch. The salesman (I believe his name was Michael) could not seem to get it that I wasn't looking for a cheap couch that would last only a few years, and in fact, he ignored my stated preferences and directly told me I couldn't afford what I was looking for. I said I would keep a few couches I looked at in mind, but I wasn't going to make a purchase that day. The guy actually got defensive and asked me if I just didn't like them, and what was wrong with them. Eventually, he told me to go check Gallery Furniture, and then promised me that I don't actually want what I kept saying I was looking for. I didn't go to Gallery Furniture, but I did go to Furniture Traditions, and they even had FlexSteel. Contrary to what the salesman at Ashley insisted, I could afford the couch and paid double what the more cheaply-made couches he was trying to pressure me into buying cost, but I got a whole lot more out of my purchase. Look, Ashley Furniture, teach your salesmen to listen to your customer. What you think I can afford is irrelevant. I came in and gave a good idea of what I wanted, and your salesman insulted me and told me to go somewhere else. He actually worked harder to run me off instead of taking me seriously, and for that, I can see I'm not wanted as a customer. I would not recommend this place. read more

DO NOT ever give them your phone number! I purchase a piece from them several years ago and they continually call me with solicitations. I've asked nicely many times to be taken off of their list yet today I receive another call. I was told that she would "make a note" but it was up to the "higher beings". I didn't except that as a resolution so she said I would need to call back in to speak with the manager who would be out the next couple of days. Really? The fine is hefty, apparently they do not care. I guess reporting them is my only option. I will never shop Ashley again. read more

Worst customer service ! We paid cash for all of our furniture for us to only receive half of our order on the delivery date then I was told I would not receive my order until after Christmas keep in mind i purchase my order a month ago I was forced to change it to me picking it up. I go pick up my renaming furniture. The girl in desk tells me the workers don't load my truck in so I had to make my husband go the next day. Come to find out they loaded the truck . At this point I am annoyed, then after he tells me they don't have my recliner this infuriates me. Keep in mind it's been a month since my purchased. I called customer service they said that they couldn't do anything about it . I had to call 3 times until someone tells me that I have to now contact the store, but now the store does not pick up . It's looks like again I am forced to go to the store to get answers . I am not happy and I will never purchase anything from them again. Keep in mind I bought 3 bedrooms set and a living room paying full price Update . I still don't have my recliner, I had to drive all the way to the warehouse to get them to fix their problem so I could get my recliner. Manager told me I could come the next day, so we go the next day come to find out they don't have the recliner ! This is ridiculous . Never again will I shop where again. read more
