Worst service ever. First thing the price suddenly changed once the paper work started, should have left then. I was told 3 to 5 weeks. 8 weeks later they finally scheduled a day and then did not show up. When I called to check I was told I would be called back, well that call never came. So I then called and spoke to Daniel and asked him to cancel my order, all he said was that he would take care of it and call me back, which he never called me back. So then I called and spoke to our salesperson, Tina, she said we had a cancellation fee, Daniel never mentioned that, and she would call me back, which she never did. Worse customer service . Nobody in the store knows what is what. There was one manager that has such attitude and everybody is Standing around to ask her stuff and she is pretty rude . If u go to the store and ask for the price I will get screwed . They run big sales on line but unless u shows that pricing , they will vharge the store price Which is much higher for beds etc. They won't give u any print out of infor or anything . Better to order it online since they charge Delievery fee anyways and set up . If want better prices than even online , go to Barnett and brown where the prices are always better than anywhere Including online. It is sad I've called over and over and they won't answer. I canceled my order not even 2-3 weeks after I purchased being it was going to take months before I got my furniture. They still have not refunded my money. Nobody answers. This is the absolute worst business around. Guess my next Florence trip will be a trip by the store. read more

Ordered bedding in June and 1 1/2 months later still have not received it. Get different answers to its whereabouts depending on who I talk to. Don't return phone calls. Poorly run store and no customer service. Glad it's just bedding I was told would be in by the end of June instead of furniture I desperately need. I have been told for 2 weeks my order was on the way to the warehouse. I found another couch so I called to cancel my order. She said no problem. Six hours later she calls me back and tells me it has been to long and now they are charging me a 15% cancellation fee which is BS. States it was in my cancellation agreement that I didn't even know I had or that was explained to me. When I first ordered the couch it was suppose to be delivered in 2-4 weeks. It has now been 5 weeks and still no couch but now I'm having to pay $445 to cancel an order. To say I am livid is an understatement! I will never recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone I know. We bought a sectional June 2019. Had problems right off the bat. Tried multiple times to make a claim with the warranty they added to my ticket without even asking me if I wanted (the salesman that sold this to me is now the district manager, and told us we didn't know what we were talked about when we told him he gave us a wrong replacement motor). Started claim and never called back, I followed up and didn't have the claim. Started another claim they never entered it. Aug 2020 motors are broken and 1 pull cord broke, support beams gone I filed another claim. Support offered me a $40 credit to keep a $2000 couch the way it is after only having it a little over the year. The store manager at Florence kept telling me should would call me back and start a claim and never did. I have spoke with her 3 times and each time is was I'll have to call you back, "I can't do anything I will have the district manager call you". Still no word from the district manager. Call again 2 weeks later and still nothing. They would reach out. spoke to the Manager over customer care and she told me isn't going to do anything about it, because her repair team "fixed it". A third part repair company came out 2 weeks ago and finished breaking my couch the rest of the way. Told me no one would call me back. Ashely customer care didn't even have this claim. Never buy your furniture from Ashley HomeStore. They will not actually warranty the product and will not help you in any way what so ever. They will make every excuse for why they didn't call you back and lie and they never received the multiple claims you entered. read more

I love my furniture but our recent experience was a total nightmare. We picked up our furniture only to get home and realize we had two sofas instead of a sofa and loveseat. The store was over an hour away so taking it back was not an option. I talked to customer service 6 or 7 times and almost a month later I still have 2 sofas (one of which is damaged). In all my 50+ years I have never been treated with such unprofessional behavior & Disrespect from a business. I was needing bedding for 3 lil children that I git custody if due to abuse/neglect. I made it crystal clear I was needing it asap. Jennifer guaranteed me that Ashley could have it to me Aug 4 & 11. Needless to say it never arrived. Manager stated she should have never done that & stated he would remove tge delivery fees (HE LIED) & claimed to work miracles to get me the bedding on the 18th. The bunkbed was delivered but broken by tge deluvery team WHICH refused to take it back. The mgr Shawn refused to help claiming its out of his hands since it was delivered . Customer care treated ne with such dusrespect. Refused to replace the broken bed. Refused to xancel my order & treated me as a liar that their staff had broke the bed though I submitted pics via text as soon as i called . They claim they would send replacement parts though i do not want the broken bed & here 30 days later, no parts, bed is still taking up the bedroom & these 3 lil kids are sleeping in my bed as I am having to sleep on the couch. Can't get no one to contact me back, can't get my money back & all i have us a broken bed to show fir it. Thankfully I found on fb the Ashley Furniture Complaints/Issues Advocacy & Resources & Ihave hope. I will never shop at any Ashley Homestore again. I understand the problem with Covid but businesses should also understand the frustration with customer. I paid for a couch and loveseat on May 29th. I was told it would be delivered June 25. We called the store only to be told it would be July 24. Called again to find out it would be August 15. On delivery day noticed immediately that the loveseat was damaged. Concerned I checked the arms on the couch. Did not think to check the back or legs. The delivery drivers took the loveseat back. Went to the store and ask for my money back since I was told it could be up to 12 weeks before I get the loveseat. Went home and noticed the hole in the bag of the couch. Pulled it out and the leg fell off. This is within 2 hours of receiving the couch. Called the store back and said I just want a refund. Only to be told customer service would have to deal with it on Tuesday. Called customer service on Tuesday only to be told we had to wait another 24-48 hours before they can decide what Ashley Homestores is going to do to fix their poor manufacturing. So since May 29 we paid for a living room suite that we still do not have. At any time Ashley Furniture never bothered to call us and let us know that there would be a delay. We still do not know when we will get our replacement loveseat or when our couch would be replaced. We just want a refund so we can go to a different furniture store that will have us a couch and loveseat immediately. Ashley broke their part of the contract when we had to wait 3 months to receive the furniture and when we did it was damaged. I wish I thought to look at the back of the couch, but I was so distraught about the loveseat and we had family coming that we have not seen and had no where for anyone to sit. Brutal experience. Their delivery dates are beyond unreliable. Ordered on Jan 13 with delivery of Jan 27...have been delayed several times. Now at 2.15 and they are saying it will be at least two more weeks. Conflicting story and always something...weather, then system went down and now the truth...it's just not in stock. We only purchased furniture June 11th and we are still waiting for it to all arrive (now July19th) . We were told different delivery dates then what we expected and the only thing Ashley personnel can say is "I'm sorry it's not our fault... it's the distributions fault. We had to make the calls to find out what was going on---Ashley furniture never took ownership. They never called me back after multiple calls and messages. Now it's been longer than 60 days and they will not exchange. The worst part is corporate or the store claim there is nothing they can do!
