In about 30 minutes i arrived at Lackeys Furniture just on Florence Blvd, I was greeted by Chris, who was expecting me. Chris helped me find exactly I wanted, a "not firm" mattress and a new slightly modern bed, Gottem a Supreme Latimore mattress and box and a black Iron Bed, just what I wanted. The best is yet, delivery was free from two of the nicest most polite courteous and efficient men , who showed up at my door called me, took care of my other bed for me, and installed the new bed stead and set up my mattress and box, Just excellent. I was told 3 to 5 weeks. 8 weeks later they finally scheduled a day and then did not show up. When I called to check I was told I would be called back, well that call never came. So I then called and spoke to Daniel and asked him to cancel my order, all he said was that he would take care of it and call me back, which he never called me back. So then I called and spoke to our salesperson, Tina, she said we had a cancellation fee, Daniel never mentioned that, and she would call me back, which she never did.
