    But I didn't confirm the order.  They claimed they called but I had no missed calls or messages from them

    In May we purchased a couch and two tables. We are told due to the pandemic there would be delays maybe 1 month or more. We were okay with that and understood, it wasn't their fault. They tell us to call every couple weeks to check on progress. First time they told us end of June, they said the first part was in stock. Talked to two separate people in the call centers who said it would be delivered on the 2nd of July. 2nd came and went and not only did no one deliver anything but then found the call center told us completely the wrong info. They actually have to separate your order out to deliver it at different times. The call center can't do this only the store. So we have to call the store to do that.. Then are told of July for a new timeline. On July 9th get an email, then again on the 16th. Tuesday the 27th I get an email that says confirm your order, I click on link that doesn't work. Then I get a text and a confirmation (photo attached). I called the store and they said yes everything is fine. The day before delivery no one has called. So I call the 1800 number, "We cancelled that because no confirmation was received." We can deliver maybe next week. We have blocked out time now multiple times to have this delivered. So I cancelled the order, since they only had half of it anyway and the new delivery estimate for the entire thing is September. At this point I am not sure they ever will deliver and its just not worth the hassle of having to call every time. Bottom line the customer service is terrible and they could really care less. Their delivery system is a complete mess and they don't know anything/ aren't able to tell you any information when you call. They direct you back to the store that then directs you back to the call center. I am actually waiting to talk to the store so they can provide me my cancellation numbers still since the call center can't even do that. We will never shop there again and be sure to tell everyone to avoid.

    Delivery was awful. Delayed multiple times, customer service kept saying "you're next" for hours.

They are very professional, detail oriented, and responsive. We purchased a living room set (two couches), coffee table, and most recently, a recliner from DHI. We were able to choose the fabric and style for our couches. I chose a vanilla upholstery, dark wood, and dark studs. They turned out beautiful and exactly what I wanted! We've had them for almost a year now and are still very pleased with them. They look stylish and expensive, yet were actually very affordable. The table also looks expensive, stylish and not to mention heavy duty, but again, was very affordable. The recliner is my husband's favorite piece in our living room. We originally purchased a custom made electric recliner with blue velvet fabric, dark wood, and dark studs to match our couches. Although the chair was lovely, we weren't satisfied with the overall quality. We called and let them know we would be happy to pay more to swap for a better quality chair. They were very apologetic, even though they weren't at fault and was more than willing to help. George personally assisted us on the exchange and helped us pick out the new recliner. They let us keep the blue recliner until our new one arrived. The delivery team is polite, respectful, and on time. They delivered our items with great care. They have a wide selection of living room sets, bedroom sets, dining, patio, and so much more. If you see an item online that's not in the show room, you can ask for it to be delivered to their store to see in person. They truly value great customer service and it really shows!

If you need any kind of help figuring out what stone or weight they will work with you. They will sell rocks & stone pennies to the pound for those small step or path projects. Pick from their loose pallets or purchase a ton to be loaded into your pickup or trailer. My only suggestion for them is, "why not put in a scale when approaching the yard. This: The first number on the scale is the gross weight of the box, bucket, or truck with all the stone. The tare weight is also displayed, which reflects the weight of the container or vehicle holding the material. When the tare weight is subtracted from the gross weight, you wind up with the net weight.

In the Spring and Summer, they have a great selection of Hostas and Ferns and many great flowering bushes and trees. Recently, I have purchased three Japanese Maples and am very pleased with them. They also had squares of Zoysia grass that I picked up to fill in some bare spots in my yard. Their prices are better than the big chain stores, and they always are well-staffed with friendly, knowledgeable associates. I live about 40 minutes away from All Green, but they are worth the drive.
