    More ripped stitches - A detailed view of a brown leather or faux leather surface on furniture, showing significant cracking and wear.

    What an absolutely terrible process, terrible store. We went in at the middle of June and bought roughly $10,000 worth of furniture, 2 bedroom sets, a living room set and numerous paintings and small decorations. We clearly stated at the time of sale that our furniture was not needed until end of summer/beginning of fall as our house was being remodeled, we were told no problem, delivery could be adjusted for whenever. We paid, set up delivery and left. Fast Forward to August when we're tentatively supposed to receive our furniture and we call the store to let them know we aren't done remodeling and need delivery middle to end of September. Suddenly it's a problem, the store states the delivery is set and the furniture needs removed from the warehouse. We are told we'll be assessed fees and we tell the store we'll go ahead and accommodate and have it delivered and placed in our garage but we aren'table to view the furniture until we unwrap it. Furniture arrives all wrapped in plastic and we store it for 3 more weeks until we can move it in. When we get it moved in and unwrapped we immediately notice scuffs/scratches as well as staples missing off the back of one of the couches in addition to that side being wobbly/loose. I immediately notify the store who states there's no warranty as it was a floor model. I clarify that this was not damage incurred at the time of sale, this is damage incurred during the storage/transport/delivery as it was under the wrapped plastic. We are told that we have to pay for the damage to be repaired. You can inagine what I replied. And I'LL NEVER BUY FROM ASHLEY AGAIN. Craig and Chris are the ones "helping" us, do NOT trust anything they say.
