    The customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The manager, Alexis, was extremely rude to my fiancée--making condescending remarks like "you're wasting your time calling corporate" and "we're just trying to help you," complete with an eye roll and an attitude. The most unprofessional comment of all? "You can call corporate, but I have a meeting to get to." That says everything about how little they value their customers. We bought a dresser and chest set after seeing them online and thinking it looked like a good deal. Spoiler: it wasn't. The quality is terrible--cheap materials that look like they were ordered off Temu. When we tried to return the items, we were told they "don't do refunds" and that they could only offer replacements. That's not what we want we want our money back. We've been calling corporate for two days and keep getting the same runaround. No help, no accountability, and certainly no care for their customers. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.     BUYER BEWARE!! My husband and I paid in full for a table and four bar stools. We had to wait almost two months for delivery but I understand with the virus they may have gotten backed up. When they were delivered every piece of furniture has something wrong with it. We are getting the run around about having it replaced or fixed. No one calls you back. They hope you just go away. I will not! Screws are missing, screws in the wrong place and wood is cracked and scratched!! Don't give them one cent!

    Visited the store about two weeks ago in search of a kitchen table. Sales representative Jacqueline (Jackie) Glenn greeted us with a smile and hello. After a brief introduction we went to our neutral corners. I asked for a ruler at some point and she gladly found one. The search for a table continued and off we went to other stores. We returned on 21 May 2016 and requested Jackie as our associate because of my initial impression of her. Again she greeted us and we returned to our neutral corners. When we were ready to purchase she was in close proximity. Jackie was fully qualified to address all of our issues and concerns. She does not get the sales person; stalking or pressure award today. She is very pleasant, soft spoken, honest and attentive. In my old age I truly hate shopping when there are so many options available. Thank you Jackie, for being apart of the decision making process and making this experience as painless as possible. I'll see you when it's time for the sofa!

I owned Bassett before (when made in USA) and I loved it. 1) A sale = you're buying used furniture whether it be local showroom or sent from AZ. Leather cracks in AZ. So if you see small areas of drying out they sent it from a showroom in AZ. It's not new, 2) Bassett is now made in China. Motor on sofa quit (this one came with a tag from a store in Phx AZ area. The cracked sofa motor goes on the fritz and you are asked for a time am or pm to fix it. You ask for pm. They tell you from sometime after 1pm. Day of you get a one option call telling you service will be 10am until Noon. This also happens with initial delivery. They give you options then the day of they change it up and in their phone call tell you it'll cost you add'l delivery charge if you change it. 3) IMO This business has some shady business practices. 4) Heads up this furniture place charges for delivery are higher than any other furniture store I have bought from in this area. Those include Haverty's Ashley Macy's Great Deals on Furniture. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Going back to Lazy Boy or Haverty's. Or going to Great Deals on Furniture they have the best customer service practices. Most furniture I know of at Great Deals is made in the USA. Labor Day Sale means showroom sale stuff that has been sat on and tried out (or who knows returned) of course I thought I selected a sofa and thought I was getting a new one (shame on me). The people you talk to on the phone are the nicest most agreeable people. Of course, the later robo call comes with one option and no way to speak to a person. They have a wonderful star rating on Yelp. I must have gone to the wrong Weinberger's. They have a few in Georgia and other states across the USA. However, after the sale things went downward from there…read more First, I had to physically visit the store due to a rude chat person who commenced to tell me that MattressFirm did not have a mattress with an anti-sag technology. Well, this was a new mattress and apparently he had absolutely no clue. I was informed that there was no military discount for the mattresses. I was further informed that the drivers would not take old mattresses with stains. After going over the policy, it was discovered that the policy read, "no wet, mattresses or mattress with bugs, etc."nothing that remotely referred to stains. I paid for the mattress in cash and delivery was set for mid-January. No-show. Apparently they forgot to put it on the truck, yada yada yada. Anyway, I was offered an inconvenience discount refund on purchase. The refund was supposed to be in my account 7-10 working days per policy. Never received it even after the 12th day. Second delivery date, no-show. The warning signals were going rapid by now. If mattressFirm is having problems delivering the mattress, then what happens if there's a problem with the mattress. Food for thought. So, I voided the purchase. I had to CALL MattressFirm to get a copy of the voided receipt via email. Well, now I'm wondering if I didn't get the initial refund within 12 days. How long before I see my total payment refunded. So I call MattressFirm and they tell me I can forget about the refund promised when they didn't deliver the first time because the order had been voided. Didn't want to hear the fact that the void came 12 days after the refund was due according to their policy. So the trivia question is, how long will it take MattressFirm to return the 1000+ dollars within their policy timeframe or do I have to do the call thing again? I hope this review helps the next person shopping at MattressFirm. You might wanna do yourself a favor and pay that extra money without going through the hassle.

The place is very bright and colorful. I found it weird how the expensive mattresses were right in the front when you come into the store. I'd think that would persuade someone to turn right around and leave out of the store. Lol. Matt Jones helped me out a good bit. It was a great experience with his insight and help on figuing out what I wanted to try and get. He was real down to earth and cool. We even talked about other stuff besides bedding stuff. Definitely will be getting a mattress from here!!
