I had a very disappointing experience at Kia of Bedford's service department today. I arrived at…read more10:05 a.m. for a rear brake replacement and wasn't given any updates for over two hours. When I finally asked about my vehicle, I was told the technician had to leave to pick up the brake pads because they weren't in stock. After another hour with no communication, I found my Service Advisor, Noah, and learned my car was still sitting on the lift with no technician working on it. I didn't receive my vehicle until 2:10 p.m. more than four hours after arriving for what should have been a routine repair. I also had to ask for my multi point inspection paperwork after paying my invoice. At the Kia of Burton store as I am waiting for my vehicle the service advisor always comes and reviews the multi point inspection paperwork. I'm not sure if more training is needed, but my service was piss poor. I would like to recognize Cheyenne, the Customer Service Manager, for her professionalism and dedication to helping. The Service Manager also provided a 15% discount, which I appreciated. However, the lack of communication throughout the day was unacceptable. Spending half a workday waiting with little to no updates is frustrating. Because of this experience, I'll continue taking my vehicle to Preston Kia in Burton, where I've consistently received much better service.
