They even helped me to rearrange the floor sample to make it sure it would be the correct configuration to fit in his living room. I got the best price and added the 5-year warranty to make sure his needs were met for a long time. The delivery staff removed his old couch and disposed of it. They were very polite, courteous and careful in my son's home and assured the sectional was carefully aligned and secure and everything met my requirements. I couldn't be happier about my decision to purchase this item from Arizona Furniture. Wish I personally didn't live so far away when it comes to looking for furniture for my own home in Florida.

I asked for it to be fixed before delivery Or don't deliver. Owner knew about the problem with doors and kept it on the floor for sale anyway. I was told her warranty was up so the manufacturer wouldn't do anything about it. My warranty was not over as I did not buy a "as is" piece of furniture. Was told she would try again with company but have not heard a word from her and it has been weeks now and months since the purchase. She said it was money out of her pocket if she had to replace it with a new piece. Funny because it was money out of my pocket for the defective piece she sold me. No problem there for her. I will drive to Vegas for future purchases as I know they back up what they sell and don't sell defective pieces without it posted on tag. By the way, Krista was awesome to work with. I'm sure she was stuck in the middle trying to resolve this for me. Bottom line, you should care about your customers all the way through to guarantee satisfaction of the products you sell. I only hope I don't have any issues with the other large pieces I purchased with an extended warranty out of pocket. Shop with caution!
