First off, My husband and I are Harley owners. We took our friends down there who were looking to purchase. When we walked in the only one to greet us was receptionist at the front door. We had to walk up to somebody and ask them to help us. There were 3 salesmen in a conversation amongst themselves not even interested that we had walked in. It was about 4 PM... Maybe close to closing time I'm not sure. In any case we found one that our friends were interested in and they got the info on it. One thing we noticed is that they had 9 year old tires on them and they were pretty worn down. They were not asking for any money off the price that they were selling it for just that they include a new set of tires. The sales guy came back and the 1st words out of his mouth were "it is not illegal to sell it like this, we will not include tires." We were shocked that he even said that. He was willing to lose a $30,000 sale over $1500 in tires. Our friends were also putting $10,000 cash down and never ask for a price reduction. I think the owner would want to know that his sales guy lost sale and was very rude and inconsiderate for the safety of their customers. I was embarrassed. read more

I have been to and visited this Harley shop for the 8 years I've lived here. They have always treated my wife and I with the utmost respect. Ron is parts is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to print out and show you where your parts go (if you don't know where they go maybe you should visit the service department). We have purchased everything from motorcycles to clothing to trinkets and have always had a pleasurable experience. Cooper was a great help when we purchased my wife's motorcycle cash out the door, and he's always been helpful where he can. For those of you who have complained about this location all I can say is, perhaps you had an attitude and they returned the favor, you reap what you sow, treat people with respect you get respect. These guys are number 1 in my book in a time where HD dealers in my home state of Colorado has either cut down their shop hours (to three days a week) or do not call or email back when asking for a service appointment. Since I was planning a vacation in Az, I made an appt with Mother HD for a service call: Ivan, the service rep, answered my online appt request with a phone call within 24hrs, On my arrival I found all staff, to include Ivan, were friendly, attentive and my service was completed immediately. I rolled in from out of town with my 570RZR. The check engine light had turned on the night before and as an abundance of caution I added 1/2 qt. of oil just to get back to my trailer. Pulled the fault code later online to find it was a broken throttle sensor vane wiring harness which was clearly easier to see in the daylight! They were able to get me in right then and there, repaired the sensor wiring and bled off the excess oil I'd added. And only charged me 1/2 hour in labor! Fantastic service! Treated me right! My only regret is not living closer to Kingman in order to be able to rely on them to help if ever needed! read more

Walked into the shop with two buddies looking at several models. Buddy test road one and then wanted wanted to look at a street glide. I wanted to test a road glide as I have already looked at the Indian Challenger. This is explained to the salesman Roy. When asked for my first test ride and my buddy's second, Roy accused us of only wanting to "joyride" and not just cruise on bikes for fun. This was uncalled for as he was told what we were shopping for. All three of us left. We will not be purchasing anything from here and most likely would not spent money on Harley. I called for a part that I had previously checked on and at this point wanted to buy it, but the parts manager didn't know what the part was and acted like I was crazy. When it became clear to her (Sylvia), she said it would have to be ordered. I said ok, and again she said they didn't have it and needed to be ordered. She seemed preoccupied, and when I asked her for her name she got upset and hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager and got a 'Ben' ? I let him know what went on and that I would simply like to order the part. He asked for ALL of my information ie. name phone number etc. and when I asked him for his name, he got upset! we were on the way the Harley dealship in kingman from bullhead City to do a test drive and when in rout they texted us that our financing through them was denied. We asked to find our own financin, they said yes and knew we were still on our way. when we got there they told us that since we were denied they called the next buyer in line and they wanted it and couldn't do a test drive. Walked around the side by sides for about 10 minutes, no one came out. It's cold and cloudy... so ok. Walked inside... walked around a minute, and no one asked if I needed assistance. I walked up to Maggie behind the counter... she was texting away as I stood there. Had to excuse myself and ask for assistance ref prices. She told me the prices are in the glove box. Ok, walked back outside... you'd think she would have just called a salesman over and send him outside. Nope! I walked over to 4 models I liked... no prices anywhere! So I walked back in... she was still texting and didn't acknowledge me. I used the restroom, and as I walked, Maggie did acknowledge me and told me to have a nice day. Really?? This is how they do business? I had my truck and trailer with me. I will look somewhere else I guess. on 10/12/17, called service department to see about having a rear tire replaced on my 07 Fatboy . Was told to bring it in at 3:00 pm, and they would try to complete the job same day but no promises. Dropped bike off early, seeing they were very busy taking care of customers, I was not expecting to have service completed same day. By 4:30 they not only replaced tire, but also rear break pads, and delivered the bike. Josh the service writer was very professional and friendly not only to me, but to customers on the phone as well in shop. New in town and stopped to look for a bike for my 'better half'. Nice place, 'yuge' selection, but was more interested in finding something that wasn't too intimidating for a newbie female rider. So coulda done without the whole Harley 'macho' thang from the saleswoman, a bit on the 'snarky comments' side, with the typical HD mindset of 'Sportsters are a girl's bike', as she kept steering me to the 'Big Iron' instead. Been riding for a long time, have owned lotsa different brands, and this was the first time I've ever been to a dealer where just to shop for a bike, I felt like I had to be part of the 'Tribe'. Or maybe they're so into the 'culture', that they forget some folks are still looking for a suitable machine, rather than an 'image'. But otherwise I imagine most Harley folks will feel right at home. read more

I have several Harleys and have spent hundreds of hours in dozens of dealerships and this one is the very best. I haven't even bought a motorcycle from them yet but I've been treated like royalty at every turn, not only by sales and general management but also by the service manager and parts manager. Their service is better than I've received even when buying exotic cars in Beverly Hills. I can't say enough nice things about this dealership. My first service was a free brake switch recall but next week they'll be replacing the centrally-lockable ignition switch on my 2011 CVO Road Glide. I'm sure that will go just as well, I'll try to update this review after. read more
