It's not like I'm buying three plants. I want to buy truckloads of dirt gravel, at least two pallets of pavers 25 separate trees amongst other things. And they're telling me they can't find my address to deliver to me when I can give them the exact way to get to me Home Depot delivers to me. My water gets to me UPS gets to me FedEx gets to me but they can't manage to deliver thousands and thousands of dollars worth of product to me. This is a horrible company. On top of that I have been to them several times and several people have told me that all I had to do was having an address now I have come here I have shopped and now I've been told that they can't deliver to me so I've wasted my time multiple times this is infuriating. The lack of customer service is unbelievable not only that when I come here they act as if I'm bothering them on top of that horrible horrible service. If I had the ability I would open my own store think I'm not thinking about it.

I was informed that the Order would be delivered to me at 4051 N. Greenwood Rd., Hackberry, Arizona 86411 TODAY, 7/1/2026. Accordingly, I paid 4 employees to drive to the location from Phoenix to stage materials and begin construction. I pay them $50/hour each ($200/hour total). The drive was 3 hours ($600). They arrived at the site at 9:00 a.m. today. No one from Home Depot alerted me that the materials were not going to be delivered as scheduled. Now it is after 2:30 p.m. and I called the Kingman, AZ Home Depot to ask why the materials were not delievered. I was told to send the workers back to Phoenix because the materials were no longer being delivered today. This means that I spend $600 getting my workers to the site, $1,000 having them stand around, and will now spend an additional $600 sending them back to Phoenix. I just lost $2,200 because Home Depot did not deliver as scheduled or even contact me to warn me that the materials would not be delivered as scheduled. Can you imagine my frustration? How do you want to compensate me for this $2,200 loss? I'm not just complaining. I am looking for a solution going forward. I sent this to the Kingman store and also to Home Depot corporate... They ignored it. Also you cannot do a BBB complaint because Home Depot Corporate does not subscribe their bad stores to the BBB.
