Mark Stickley was able to look at what I had bought and my door set up from pictures that I sent, and today on Friday the 13th he shows up with a crew and they knock out the removal and installation for two doors in under 3 hours. Installation guide said it would take about 4 hours for one. He even did an adjustment to my door because it was gapping on one side, and a courtesy spring and door inspection. In addition, the keypad was no longer working. I set up an appointment on their website, which was easy to do, and they arrived just a couple minutes after the scheduled time. They were friendly and quick. They quickly reset the keypad and it worked with my new code. They then used lubricant on the rollers for the garage door and checked a few things on the main garage door opener unit and deemed everything fine. The door now opens MUCH quieter. The whole process probably took about 10 minutes. They charged me a reasonable rate and that was it! If I have any future problems with my garage door, I'll certainly use their company again!
