I have had more people complement me on my hair because of her work with me. Thanks Cheryl! Her personal touches include offering drinks while you wait, and a hot scented towel on the back of your neck as the last step. Nice touch! This is the kind of place you like to hang out in. I had been to her once before, and how my hair got styled was a shitshow, but the cut was good. This time she spent a good ten minutes listening to what I wanted...very specific details, including a photo. She then proceeded to hack off a good 10 inches, before going to the shampoo bowl. NOT what we had discussed at all...did a completely different haircut. I think I was in such shock from her chopping all my length off that I couldn't even answer when she said " I hope you like your haircut!" when I was leaving - I didn't say a word and left. To frost the cake, my boyfriend got a haircut this week, and she asked how I was liking mine...he said, "She doesn't." To which she responded, "She's been wearing her hair like that for a long time - it was time for a change!" Perhaps if you are that rare breed that walks into a salon and tells them to do whatever they want, then Terry is your girl...otherwise, you might have a few years of hair growing ahead of you, to get back what she felt like she had the prerogative to take on her own whim.
