Very disappointed. Scheduled my appointment through Styleseat. Paid my fee to reserve my appointment. Received a text from Ashley, the morning of my appointment, notifying me that my appointment had been moved by 30 minutes. Ok . I still arrived on time. No Ashley! I text her to let her know that I was at the door of the shop, she replied letting me know that she was running behind and would be there shortly. What's shortly? ‍ I waited 20 minutes, no Ashley. I text her to ask for a refund of my deposit, and left. She immediately sent my refund, which I appreciate but there was no apology for pushing the appointment and for being late! I think that when you ask clients to leave a deposit, which is security that the client is going to keep the appointment and not cancel...IN RETURN...you (the stylist) should also be available at the agreed day and time. It's just good business practice. I would like to say that based on the photos, her work look very lovely! read more

Ashley is great! I love how my hair came out. She took the time to ask me the proper questions to make sure that she does my hair exactly how I wanted it before she got started. She also took her time, so my braids came out extremely neat. These really are the best knotless braids that I've ever had. The small attention to details such as putting essential oils in the water for the hydration treatment to covering my eyes with a towel to prevent my eyes from watering during the hydration treatment.
