They…read moreare ALWAYS willing to make an appointment with me if i have anything id like to discuss, I've never gotten late fees, I pay my rent on time each month. They respond quickly to my emails and phone calls. I've actually never had an issue. They are always polite when i go in or call them. There have been a couple of times I've had to call the emergency line, and they have always answered by the second ring. And have people out asap, even on the weekends when needed. Hands down the best company i have rented from in years. Any move out charges they have are listed in their lease agreements and they urge you to take your time reading the lease before signing and asking questions to ensure you fully understand what you are signing. (At least this was my experience, and i fully read and ask questions, likely the same ones, each year) The staff has been very understanding and helpful to me. Literally everything is in the lease and they discuss it with you before you sign the lease.

The wind broke our single pane window that hadn't been updated or sealed in at least 30 years. Not only did it take them 4 weeks to fix said window but they tried to charge us for it. Then when we moved out they did charge us for it. We were so sick of dealing with them and trying to get our money back that we gave up and let them take it out of our safety deposit. That is what they do, they make sneaky charges hoping you won't notice, they continue to charge you for rent after your lease ends in the hopes you still have autopay on, they mail you a security check that voids after 60 days and can only be deposited in person at certain banks, they charge you for damages that are not your responsibility and instead are a result of how unkept the property is. I can't express how much I DO NOT recommend this company or any of the rentals! Pricing is no where near competitive enough to put up with the absolute insanity that is dealing with this company. Seriously do not rent from them you will lose money and your patience.

Wow. Where to even begin. Windermere is now "My Rental Company" in Pullman, WA. I'm worried this…read morereview will not reach the right folks since this sorry excuse for a rental company changed their name. My husband and I moved to Pullman and had no other option but to rent through this "company." Everything from start to finish was MISERABLE. We were living in another state and needed to rent in Pullman, ASAP. They would not rent the property to us without an IN PERSON visit. So he booked a flight, signed the papers, and then the worst renting experience we've ever had began. We drove 18 hours and were told the house would be ready for us to move in. WRONG. Nothing had been done. No cleaning. No walk thru. Nothing. So much so there were personal belongings from the previous tenants left behind in the home... everywhere. PLUS, a backed up toilet. (Incredibly unsanitary!!) Let's not even touch on what the exterior of the home looked like. After fixing multiple things ourselves, due to quickly learning that a response from Heidi or her team of "helpers" was not going to com, it was time for us to move out a year later back to our home state. We gave 4 months notice that we would still be paying the rent but would be moving 2 months prior to the ending of our lease. We were incredibly accommodating during showings that they hosted and left the home looking 10x better than we got it. Our lease was up, still heard nothing back from "My Rental Company" when we received a text stating we would have to pay to have someone mow the lawn AND fly back up to do a walk thru. They FAILED to communicate with us and FAILED to complete any of their move out tasks. All of that to say, DO. NOT. DO. BUSINESS. WITH. MY. RENTAL. COMPANY.

My wife and I are incredibly disappointed and frustrated with our experience with Windermere…read more Both my wife and I have excellent rental and credit history and we were still asked for a co-signer, despite having over a year of rent in the bank statement we sent them (which they asked for, but did not look at). This was also clearly stated in the body of the email which also, obviously, went unread. After we replied with an email pointing out the balance in our bank statement they retracted the co-signer requirement. I will say my wife and I made a typo in our application, listing 680 rather than 380 for the rental property we were interested in, however, they failed to reach out to us for clarification and did not make the connection that 680 NW Roberts was intended to be 380 NW Roberts. Which seemed obvious as that was their only available property on Roberts St. We were offered a lease for the wrong property with a lease date that began far outside of the timeframe we asked suggesting further that they neglected to read our application in its entirety. At the end of all of this we were looking to at least have our application fee refund but they were unable to issue a refund. Overall, we had an unpleasant experience. Their combination of incompetence and lack of communication is the reason why we are never going to do business with Windermere again.

I emailed them twice asking for pictures, I didn't get a response. If they can't respond to the simple things, don't expect them to respond when you have issues in your unit.
