The Owner and Operator Steve Wylie was absolutely very unprofessional and judgmental Steve Wylie quickly judged, belittled me the minute I walked into the office. He said the most out of line things that should not have been said during an interview I was very much attacked and was spoken aggressively during the whole entire interview the few things that I was told is that "by the looks of me I do not look like I am made out for this" also how I have never really done hard work in my life speaking as if he is me and also telling me that I do not want the position that I applied for Steve is very inappropriate and unprofessional and aggressive. A person also cannot tell another human being what they want and do not want, and absolutely cannot tell someone if they have worked hard or not in their life that is absolutely way out of line. The Owner and Operator Steve Wylie is disgusting has unprofessionalism & rude and cruel for absolutely no reason whatsoever I believe I was discriminated against and believe I also encountered an adult bully that has not been put in their place and thinks they will not have consequences to their actions. I would not recommend for anyone to apply with The Maids in Ardmore, Oklahoma. As anyone can see that it is a very toxic judgmental discriminating work environment . I will in fact report this incident to the Ardmore City Police Department and others as well. And as a tribal member I would like to say be very thankful that you are on Native American Land.
