Catherine came by to do an in person assessment, and she wore a mask, which we loved given everything going on. She and I quickly brainstormed some potential solutions, and she asked me all the right questions in terms of what we needed for our space to be more functional. I liked her so much, that I had her take a look at our very small pantry. I am a big cook and baker, and the pantry would look great at the start of the week and quickly start to overflow. She told me that the shelves were more than double the standard depth, making it easy for things to just get swallowed up in there. She was able to fit us in the very next week, and brought with her another very sweet and professional assistant. Catherine and her assistant had done their prep homework and brought with them some things from The Container Store they knew would help us with our spaces -- she had even asked me ahead of time if I would feel comfortable with them purchasing a few items. I appreciated how detail oriented they were for what is likely a smaller scale project for them!
