I had a interaction with the young guy with long hair at the parts desk today, which will keep me from ever spending a dime. A very childish back and forth, and he just needed to get the last word in. I needed a new tire put on my wheel and they couldn't do it because it was against policy. I get that, but I had tried to get this particular tire from them and they couldn't get it. They sale the tire, but it was out of stock. First the kid told me they couldn't do it because they don't know how good the tire is, even though they sell the tire. Next he told me that they wouldn't because they didn't make any money off it. I wasn't trying to get it done for free so they would have the install charge, and the price of a tube. He even told me that he could argue with me all day if I wanted because he was on the clock and getting paid for it. Never said it was company policy, just gave me those excuses. I had ordered a part off them and I was just checking to see if it was there while I dropped the tire off. Low and behold it was. No telling how long it had been there, because I got no phone call telling me it was in. I just took a chance. So after the horrible customer service, I went to my car and thought about how the owner should know about it. I called in there and the rude kid answered the phone. He said, that he was the one that I had the interaction with and he would leave a message for the owner. I said, "Good, can't wait to talk to him." Then he said "I can't either, geeze dude!" And then hung up on me. Never got that phone call. So at the end of the day, I called back and eventually got a hold of Rick. He literally sounded like I was annoying him by just speaking to him. Made every excuse in the book for his employees piss poor customer service. The other parts guy is top notch. I would deal with him a million times if he would leave there. But they won't get another dime off me just because of the customer service. And of course I'll warn all my biker buddies as well. read more
