The worse office I have experienced. While the doctor may meet acceptable standards, her office…read morestaff are more pitiful than the DMV. They never seemed genuinely interested in what's said and when its time for a referral, forget about it! It's not a problem being referred, them providing paperwork or correcting their mistake is like presenting a case before a jury. Instead of trying to work with me (the patient) and the physician they referred me to, it became my responsibility to sit on hold and be told by my HMO that the referral must come from the primary. My most recent encounter was having my prescription sent to another pharmacy after I completed the pharmacy information request on their form. If they don't bother to read, why bother completing it. There couldn't possibly be a worse example of uncaring, laziness from a group that you must entrust with your overall managed care. Tread lightly with this office. If you have a choice (and you do), choose another doctor.

That is awesome timing for a doctor's office. My ob doc wait time is like an hour minimum. It's ridiculous when people have appointments and have to wait that long. I definitely will recommend Dr. Jones as a Pcp. The office is in a nice building with plenty of free parking.
