This is a fantastic shop. There is a wonderful range of sewing machines. Jim (the owner) really knows his stuff and I came away with exactly what I wanted a Janome 5255. It was, in fact, a 'Which' best buy. He demonstrated how to use it and I know if I have a problems or need some advice he and the very pleasant staff will be able to help me. Jim, Kevin and staff are always keen to help and the knowledge of their products is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them and spending money with them is very easy. Having said that I have always got exactly what I want or need. They are always helpful if I don't quite understand the instruction manual.
