They had lots of bikes, trikes, ride-on and other vehicles to try out as well. They have a large range of toys especially branded ones from television shows. The service is not good in this store. The cashiers were slow and they did not have many tills open. My experience of paying for my goods was not great. I queued for ten minutes and there was only three people in the front of me in the queue. The cashier then rang up an item that was left of the counter by mistake, but could not remove it. They directed me to Customer Services to have the item removed and the money refunded. I waited another five minutes here and whilst filling out my name and address the member of staff went over to chat to a colleague leaving me waiting for her to return. I then noticed my daughter had a cup in her hand, which we had forgotten to give to the cashier. I asked if I could pay for it there, but I was told I would have to queue up at the tills again. Needless to say I could not wait again so left. I have given this store 3* as they have a good variety of stock. However if I was giving a rating for the service alone it would be 1*.

The staff are great, really helpful and do seem to enjoy working there! At Christmas last year I was buying a dolls house for my two year old which obviously was too large for me to hide while I took it to the till. A member of staff spotted me looking at it and came to help. She hid it behind the counter until I'd finished looking round the shop, then bagged it behind the counter too, so my daughter had no chance to see it! It's the little details like that that make you go back, and I always do. Great range of products, loads for my younger two (aged 1 and 2) and lots of good craft kits for my kids as well. Always good quality toys, and always very happy kids!
