You can also buy stationary and packaging to post things. You can usually pick up great deals, especially on chocolate bars, and other little bits. A great thing about this store is the Post Office which is on site. It's big and has over 8 counters. All staff in the shop are really friendly and helpful and always happy to help you locate what you're after. Shop is open around 8 and closes around 5.30.

Browse through the books , buy your fare ..sit near the riverside(its located very close to the river medway) and read your book. I…read morecan remember the toys that my two year old daughter loved to play with were a train set, which they had set out on a train table, a Little Tikes Playhouse and a ride on the trikes. They had lots of bikes, trikes, ride-on and other vehicles to try out as well. They have a large range of toys especially branded ones from television shows. The service is not good in this store. The cashiers were slow and they did not have many tills open. My experience of paying for my goods was not great. I queued for ten minutes and there was only three people in the front of me in the queue. The cashier then rang up an item that was left of the counter by mistake, but could not remove it. They directed me to Customer Services to have the item removed and the money refunded. I waited another five minutes here and whilst filling out my name and address the member of staff went over to chat to a colleague leaving me waiting for her to return. I then noticed my daughter had a cup in her hand, which we had forgotten to give to the cashier. I asked if I could pay for it there, but I was told I would have to queue up at the tills again. Needless to say I could not wait again so left. I have given this store 3* as they have a good variety of stock. However if I was giving a rating for the service alone it would be 1*.

Very well spaced out and items kept according to brands and the toysrus own brand bruin have some great resonably priced stock too. They do a whole section on travelsystems, carseats and nursery furnitures too. The staff are knowlagable and help you in every possible way specially with fitting of car seats and demonstration of prams/buggies etc.
