So due to my self inflicted error I paid and mailed an empty re-used bubble wrap envelope. I contacted Mgr. Tim at the store and explained my dilemma and w/o any reservation he made a full refund. I was expecting to get a refund for returning the part to PW but it looked like it was going to cost me more than the refund until Tim took care of the situation. I give him and his store 5 ***** for the pleasant and timely manner this was handled. I highly recommend MB&P for all your shipping needs. (Enjoyed meeting you Tim). Buddy Holcombe

I am displeased about the inaccurate value entered without my input; the package was being shipped overnight to the Embassy of a foreign country in Washington. The agent should have asked me the value of the contents which included my passport!!! Hopefully the package will arrive safely and on time and this concern will be unimportant. It is annoying, however. Secondly, I discovered after I had given good feedback on the survey, the UNdeclared (by me) value was much lower than it should have been AND that if my next order is less than $40 I will not even get a discount! I am doubly annoyed.

But not treating customers well when minor issues arise is the worst. let me tell my story. I brought my computer to them needed cleaned up and new malware software. When I picked it up they gave wrong cord, and searched and found my cord. When I started using the computer it was still flashing pop ups and was now timing out on searches. I called and left a message the first week, then again a week later, no return call. So I took it back to them, explained the above to the clerk, he said okay and tried to charge me for a new service. I stated that the first service was not done properly, and unreturned voicemails. He said his voicemail had been messing up and he would message the owner. we stood waiting for 15min, no one else in the store. Asked if he had heard, he said no, asked it he could take it in and charge me when i picked up he said no, asked how we could resolve this that we did not have the time to continue to wait, he said he would need to hear from the Elijah before he could take the computer. At that point I offered to pay and speak with owner when I picked up, he refused, stated I could not wait and he told me "that is a your problem". Called in later and got a voice message that they are not taking new clients. So thanks for being so wonderful to us 2 years ago. Sorry you are overwhelmed. I hope the people you choose to treat poorly during this season are not the ones you need to survive long term.
