I contracted them to completely repaint the walls in a townhouse that was between tenants. Luis accepted the 4 day window of time and the estimate beat competitors by thousands of dollars. What I didn't expect was the exceptional preparation and repair prior to painting. They did so much more than simply filling nail holes. They spackled and sanded every imperfection in the walls. They laid plastic and drop cloths over every floor, including the stairs. After seeing the great look of the walls, I asked Luis to paint the trim as well. The estimate he provided for this late request was unbeatable. With a ten man motivated and very personable team, they were nearing completion by the middle of the second day when I decided they should also paint the ceilings. Again another unbeatable estimate. These guys are great and fast. They even repaired a damaged base board molding next to the refrigerator at no extra cost. The completed job was great. Luis and his team at Liberty Painting have my strongest recommendation. I will definitely use them again. Their cost and quality of work cannot be beat.

For context, they painted the interior or of our entire home - walls, trim, and ceiling. The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls. They sanded the walls to manage the texture, worked expertly with tricky corners, managed complex work with dry wall to address dings and structural oddities. They are not just incredible painters - they are also amazing project managers and partners. The team managed our paint job while we traveled, but our furniture and floors were kept pristine (despite our 0% prep for them). We needed some maintenance work done at the property, a 28 unit condo complex in Brookland…read more Specifically, we needed concrete steps repaired or replaced, the iron railings that were along the steps mended, and a few areas of sidewalk patched or replaced. I had noticed that Off Limits was working at a condo complex down the street from us and their work looked great, so I gave them a call. I'm glad I did - their price was very reasonable. Right before they came out to provide a quote, someone tore down our old trash fence around our dumpsters. I asked them if they would be interested in rebuilding the fence as well and they were - and offered a lengthy warranty on both pieces of work. Their price was half of some of the contractors our management company got for the fence. It took a few weeks to get on their schedule, but once they started work they were fast and efficient and kept me updated with more frequent status reports than I've ever gotten for any contractor. The quality of work was superb and both the concrete work and the fence looks phenomenal. They even brought in a welder to re-weld parts of metal railing and added solar lights to the top of the trash area posts at no extra charge. When they were complete they restored everything to excellent condition and did a walkthrough with me. Overall 10/10 for value and quality of work, I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them if you need concrete, masonry, a fence built, or similar work.
