I went yesterday for the first and last time(1/17/25). I chose a color for a gel manicure with cats eye effect. First nail that was painted the color was perfect. The next few color was different( all same bottle), I questioned the color, because it was off. She ended up removing all the color and making me pick another color. Plus she did at four coats so thick is an understatement. I was there over an hr. Still charged the full cost. And the cats eye effect is not in perfect direction. Will never go back! read more

1 STAR -- WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO. DO NOT GO HERE. From the second I walked in, I was treated like trash. They looked at my nails like I was disgusting and immediately pushed me to get a new set -- fine, but the way they talked to me was nasty and judgmental. They passed me off to another tech like I was an inconvenience. And she made FOUR of my nails BLEED. FOUR. I was in pain, and she just kept going like nothing was wrong. No apology. No care. NOTHING. One of my nails is SPLIT IN HALF, right down the middle. It hurts so bad I can't even get them redone. And now I have a really important meeting this week -- and because of them, I can't show up the way I normally do. I'm humiliated. I'm in pain. I'm CRYING. Do they care? Nope. Just attitude and indifference the whole time. They've lost me and the FIVE friends I brought here. That's SIX loyal customers GONE. But I'm not stopping there. I love Asha Nails. Unlike many salons in the area, they play music so you're not sitting in silence. I'm loyal to Rain and she always does a good job. She takes her time which I love. She's also very kind and patient. She works with many shapes. I've had her do almond, coffin and square and it was looks good. It's nice in here, clean, good vibes. And they're open Sundays. Only thing that's weird is they only take cash on the weekends. Idk why. They have an atm there but still. Idk why they did that. Came in for an acrylic overlay on already shaped and filed nails. No tips or shaping needed. First they tried to get me for gel when I already had my color polish picked out. The color they tried to GIVE me wasn't even anywhere near close of what I picked out. They never even cut my cuticles and then tried to charge me for a full set AND shaping. Something I am actively trying to do more often after about a 4 years hiatus and finally coming out of the Pandemic Lockdown Doldrums last year by frequenting the Malls and treating self to pedicures again so now going in for a pedicure every couple of months should be a worthwhile routine that continues to relieve stress and make you feel & look nice, nothing wrong with that either! I have ceased going here although it is very close to my residence, one of their main people is totally rude and has yelled at me twice, that's quite enough in my opinion as I wasn't doing anything that should have prompted her behavior. She is either unaware as to how she presents herself or she doesn't feel any need to speak to customers in a normal tone, and yelling is just not polite behavior unless there's a fire or something!! Not sure what exactly is the problem, I have had two pedicures there and the techs were both nice but there's a language barrier. read more

For my first visit with this nail salon, I was sat with Joyce. She is the nicest person and is very good at her job. I was very happy when I left. Came a second time and Joyce was busy w another client. So I sat with another woman with a short haircut. BIG MISTAKE. I tried to guide her as best as possible but honestly, my nails look like they were done by somebody who is just starting out and not even a professional. I asked for almond shape and they were so poorly shaped, and I felt really bad saying something. I had just decided in my head at that point I was never gonna come back there or I was never going to go and see anybody but Joyce again if I did continue to go there.. so apparently the manager is named Linda and she checked me out and was asking me if I was happy with my nails, but they look on my face said everything and I just didn't say much. My plan was to pay and leave because I was so frustrated at how bad my nails looked and how long I had already sat there. I decided to get some groceries next-door and while I was getting groceries I decided I'm gonna go back there and have them fixed because I cannot handle my nails looking like this. I'm going to say something. I was literally gone no more than 10 minutes and when I came back to explain to Linda look how bad my nails are can I just have Joyce fix them.. she started going off about how I should've said something to begin with, and blah blah blah.. yes maybe I should have but the lady had the nerve to charge me another $20 for joyce to shape and repaint them after I paid $60 w tip for just a full set w bubble bath color. Asha nails has become my new spot for dip manicures. I love how clean and modern the salon is. I've become a regular with Joey, and she does a great job! It is about $40 for dip manicure, and it lasts 3-4 weeks. The only downside is it's cash only on the weekends. They do have an ATM on site and you can use venmo for tips! read more

I've been getting my nails done here for months and it's been fantastic. They even fixed a poor acrylic overlay I had done elsewhere. It's not fancy, but my gel polish lasts for weeks. I typically get tires of the color before it needs to be changed. (My nails also grow quickly, so three weeks is about the Kong's I can go before a fill.) The techs are very accommodating with special requests and very talented artistically. Everything is clean and they have a wide selection of colors. They're also very respectful of cuticles - I've never been left raw or sore after a manicure. read more

Went here yesterday with my hubby's cousin. I don't live in Cinnaminson any more, and I just knew there was a nail place in this shopping center, so we took a gamble. We both got mani's and pedi's. My cousin actually got a gel mani. The place appeared very clean, and during the pedi, they opened up brand new scrubby blocks from the package for each person. My cousin's gel manicure looks great and almost 24 hours later, my regular mani hasn't chipped yet. (I am really hard on my hands, and my mani's rarely last more than a day, so this is really good.) Both pedi's look good too. They did a good job on both of our nails, but we both agreed that the place was a little weird. The girls working there really didn't talk at all. Also, FYI: YOU CAN'T TIP ON YOUR CREDIT CARD! I found this really weird. In fact, when I first realized it was when I was getting ready to pay, and had a mild heart attack since I didn't have more than a dollar cash on me, but then I noticed there is an off-brand ATM there. So, at least you can hit the ATM, but now of course I'm going to be hit up for ATM fees. This place really needs to just upgrade their CC machine or whatever to remedy this issue. Very inconvenient. Overall, I'd go back if it were another situation where my in-laws are in town and we want to go somewhere local (in Cinnaminson). Today, I got a terrible manicure at Venetian. My manicurist spent no time actually giving me a manicure; all the skin and cuticles are still there. I was hesitant to go here at first because one of my friends had a horror story where a manicurist was watching tv as he buffed her nails and cut her skin so bad, she was bleeding. Today, my manicurist scraped multiple layers of my skin off with the emery board. It's still burning. Plus, not once did she wipe down the station and my old polish chips were on the table, sticking to my hands. Additionally, my nails are all different shapes. Came here with my sister a couple of weeks ago because it is so close to her house. I usually go to another nail salon and have my gel manicure last up to 3 weeks without chipping... came here and they didn't even last 1 week! Multiple chips on different nails and I was able to see the old color of polish through the new polish! Air bubbles were also very visible. My sister came in with long nails and after asking them to trim them just a little, they chopped ALL her nails off- she was horrified. Both of her hands were uneven lengths as well. Her gel also chipped very quickly and she left with nail polish on her hands. Do not spend your money here, you will be disappointed! read more

This is a nice, clean salon with very good prices. They frequently have coupons in the local Trend and other mailers. The only negative is that if the owners start doing your nails, they will be frequently distracted. They do not have a desk person, so they always stop doing your manicure to greet new customers/take payments. Try to get the other technicians if possible. That being said, if keeping costs down is important to you, they do a very nice job at some of the cheapest prices around. I do like getting mani/pedis here on occasion. The chair massagers are super strong here- a bonus for me! Only you can decide if the occasional inconvenience of the owners stopping is worth it to you or not. read more

I have been trying this nail place for a few weeks and I am very happy. I have no problems getting a walk-in appointment, I only go during the week. I highly recommend if you go to see Lily. She was my best find ever! I have never had manicure with so much detail. I also sent my man there to see her and he loved it as well. He complimented her amazing massage and attention to the small details. I did get the gel nails and they are beautiful and I have not one complaint. I went in for a manicure and I will not be coming back. I walked in and immediately wanted to leave. It was so uncomfortably hot and stuffy. As I was choosing the color the girl came up to me and asked if I was ready. Less than a minute later she comes up to me again and asks if I'm ready. So rude. When I did sit down for the manicure, she did not take good care of me. She barely used the nippers on my cuticles or skin and filed my nails crooked. Then she left half way through my manicure to do three eyebrow waxings. As if this weren't bad enough, she got polish on my fingers and missed a sizable amount on my pinkies. I went in for a long overdue, much needed pampering session. I asked for a pedi/gel mani. Once the girl started with my pedi, I knew it was going to be bad, and I was right. She only used a brush with soap on my feet, no filing, no nothing. Waste of $25. Halfway through the pedi, I told them forget the mani. I now have nail polish all over my toes except my toenails. Pedi was 15 mins... from the time I sat in the chair and put my feet in cold water, waited for her to get to me, to drying station. Save your money and do them yourself. read more

I went there before I left on vacation to get a shellac manicure. The tech worked quickly, detracting from the "spa" experience. As I was paying, a woman came in who had called earlier about her shellac manicure chipping after one day and had been told she could come in for a redo. Despite the place having only two clients, the staff told her that she would have to come back at a later time. Meanwhile, I asked the tech for change for a ten so that I could tip her. She went into the back room and then handed me two fives. I had not planned on tipping more than 15% due to the mediocre job, but did anyhow. There was nail dust everywhere and the chairs were filthy. As another reviewer pointed out, my technician kept getting up and leaving during my manicure.
