There is a $50 fee for landscape design which is due prior to them starting. The money would then be deducted off of the work if I decided to have it done. I'm not with them talked about plans and I gave them a $50 check for my landscape design. After a few weeks I'll be waiting to hear them back with the quote and the landscape design I gave them a call. They said they'll get back to me. I waited some more time. I still did not hear back from them. So I called them again. At this call I asked them for my money back because they had not even started on the design despite having multiple weeks to start on it. They said that they would mail me back the check. After two weeks I had still not received the check and called them again. At that point in time they said oh yeah we dropped in the mail two days ago. I told them that if I did not have the check in my mailbox by Friday then they would need to re-issue it. I already perceived there will be a problem... stay tuned for part two of my review. Would I recommend DLT Brothers Professional Services to someone for any type of service, heck no!

Most recently they removed an 80'+ tall "V" shaped tree that was damaged during a rain storm. Part of the tree fell and the other part that was still over 80' tall was compromised and had to be taken down immediately. I called Dawson's first thing on the morning of the 4th of July. Despite it being a holiday, they immediately responded and sent their arborist out to evaluate and mobilize the correct course of action. Within days they remedied the situation and removed all parts of tree. This particular tree was in a very tricky spot of of yard wedged very close to a neighbors house and part having over this house. Amazing work they did. As the owner of a small business, I can appreciate the highest level of customer service. This was exactly that. I will always use this company in the future and give them my highest recommendation. When he showed up, I questioned him about not showing up at the designated time or responding when I reached out, and he just gave me an attitude. Had he explained things or even been apologetic for the THREE HOUR late arrival, I would have given them a chance, but considering I had issues with him from the beginning, I would NOT recommend this company. They gave the cheapest estimate of the companies I got quotes from, but I guess you get what you pay for.
