My husband could not lift the tree to put the boards back up for the fence. He called JBS Tree Service Friday a.m and was able to get removal arranged for Monday a.m. They arrived on time, actually earlier than we expected. They set everything up, used plywood on the grass so as not the leave ruts in the lawn. They were very respectful of our property. This was a huge piece of equipment. We ended up having all of the trees removed because it seemed like the whole root ball would be compromised. They also ground the stumps. The crew was probably 5 workman and it was absolutely orchestrated. they completed cleaned up our yard and the neighbors yard behind us. they even cleaned the driveway that was not really their mess. Joaquin is the nicest guy and truly wonderful to do business with. He is licensed and an arborist also. They made a bad situation into a good experience. I highly recommend them.

He hacked off a few limbs let them fall right in n my lilac bushes that were about to bloom in a week. He broke many of the benches on those bushes. As for my tree it looks hacked up and he cut many of tue branches in tue middle vs the part near the other branch it forks from. On June 24,2026 at 6:51 p.m. a major wind blew thru our yard. We were not home at the time. There…read morewas severe damage throughout our neighborhood and along the gas line adjacent to the back of our property. We had a silver maple tree in our back yard that had to be 100 years old. We have lived here since 1976. Brown Tree service had cleaned and trimmed our trees 4 times over the years. The wind that blew through ripped off 4 major branches 12-18 inches in diameter. 2 landed in our garden bed on top of our potatoes, 1 landed on our fence, and 1 landed on another garden bed of ours. Our tree was not diseased at all. In fact, the branches that were ripped off looked very healthy. We called our Aborist, Ken Brown that night. When he was able to get back to us (about a half hour) he'd be here by 6:30 the next morning. He was true to his word. He walked out back, surveyed the damage and said that this was going to be a removal, not a salvage. He said he would have a crew on site within an hour. Again he was true to his word, the crew was "johnny on the job". The crew worked so well together. They also had to take care of another tree that had also lost a branch but just needed minor cleanup. Ken was by several times while they were working. It took all day but the clean up was fantastic. He told us that because of the other tree damage around the area he would be back the following week to grind out the stump. Once again, on the following Wednesday, his man showed up and really ground out the stump. He was here for three hours making sure that the stump was ground out almost a foot below ground level. Ken Brown has always done a professional job maintaining our trees and did a superlative job. We plan to replace our tree this fall after consulting with Ken. We wouldn't trust anyone else to do it. Called the phone listed and talked to a real person (Mr. Brown) on my first attempt. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. Mr. Brown showed up on time, he elevated the situation and gave me what I thought was an honest bid. We ended up taking down 3 trees and grinding the remaining stumps. This company's equipment is top notch, clean and well maintained. A team of four professionals did the work statement in five hours. My yard was raked, and all the debris were removed.
