Appalling customer service. Went to Asda on Saturday morning, used the scan and go app. Completed my shop, paid for my items, was asked if I wanted my receipt, this time I said yes. Left the store and went to my car, then the security guard was stood over me asking if I had my receipt as he thought I'd stolen goods from the store. I handed my receipt over, he then sucked his teeth at me and walked off, when I asked if I would get an apology he shouted "f**k off". ASDA must be running a new scheme where they ask at the self service tills if you want a receipt, if you don't get one they follow you out and accuse you of stealing. I went back into the store and reported the Security Guard to the manager who was equally useless (George Dukes), he said he would ring me back that evening, shock, no phone call. read more

Went in to get a few items and needed some copier machine paper. There was only one pack left and the pack was open and and a wad of the reem was damaged so when I was a the checkout I asked if I could get a reduction on the paper. They called a supervisor and she said the best they could do was 20% off which was 50p on a £5 pack. I rejected the sale at that price. it seems odd that Asda would rather leave this pack on the bottom shelf until it falls apart and unsellable rather than knock 15-20% off to clear. Open 24hours apart from Sunday... Great place to shop and also restaurant available. Parking is good always get a spot even in rush hour. Bargains bargain and bargains for families! Pay and display! £1 for trolley get that back once shopped and finished!! read more

Very large store that I used to use regularly until I moved. It's a pain that you have to pay to park - you can claim it back against purchase but unless reminded its easy to forget (age I think!). Very busy store and parking can be very difficult. Quite a good range of goods on offer here so worth a visit. read more

This is a great store. The new layout of George clothing is much better but i often find the clothing is just left lying on the floor and none of the staff seem bothered in picking it up. Many times i have picked an item off the rail and there are marks on it or makeup stains. The toy selection is great and they often have sales where you can pick up some great bargains. Huge supermarket open 24/24 during the week except the sunday until 17. However it is forbidden to buy alcool after 8pm. A lot of discount (three pizzas for three pound). very cheap but some products are awfull read more

really nice, reasonbly priced food and gifts! i only go here as they have birthday cakes where you can put a picture on for less than 10pounds which i feel is a bargain. asda has a good range of food it is a lot bigger than the store i normally shop in and the workers really do help you if you ask them a question. read more

A huge store with everything you could think of. Don't go on a Sunday lunchtime - it's mayhem! Clothing range is very reasonably priced. I bought 2 jumpers from here for only about £6 each and they are very good quality. read more

Brilliant place to shop, weekly shop whether it be your monthly family shop your weekly essential shop or your daily shop. Suitable for all ages, great for students to save money on asda price products... There is indoor cafe which allows you to have breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Great toilet facilities and changing area and disabled services too. read more
