The property manager responds to every single review with the same pasted message. He is so bad at property management that he doesn't even realize residents come directly to him before they start leaving reviews online. Since this is the only way that he responds, let's acknowledge everything that really happens at Ascent Peachtree under the management of Tony Johnson. Residents are constantly waiting 10+ minutes on elevators because they are never all working. You can't enjoy the pool unless you want to get bit by one of the MILLIONS of ants they have on this property. This place is infested!! DON'T DRINK WATER OUT OF YOUR REFRIGERATOR. Residents have complained about gnats in their refrigerators. Want to invite friends over?! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. You are supposed to be in a luxury building but there is animal urine & poop everywhere staining the hallways. NEED HELP FROM A MANAGER? Don't even bother. Tony Johnson will act as if he has no clue of what's happening. Then he will deny any allegations even if you have proof. That's why this property is constantly on the news and ATL SCOOP! Ask him why the elevator inspections were expired for so long. Something wrong inside your unit? THEY WILL CLOSE THE MAINTENANCE REQUEST AND NOT COMPLETE IT. The maintenance supervisor Vincent will not even come to your unit. He sits in the lobby just about every day NOT doing anything. The ceiling in the garage has fallen on resident cars in multiple areas! Metal fragments have been hanging for months and Tony Johnson doesn't even care about his residents enough to block off the area to refrain from anyone getting injured. THERE IS STILL WATER DAMAGE FROM THE PIPES THAT ARE CONSTANTLY BURSTING. Hint: Main Lobby on top of the concierge desk. You will most likely have water damage in your unit that they will never fix because the first pipe burst happened on the 29th floor and reached all the way down to the garage over 15 floors down!!!! They still required residents to pay rent in units that were destroyed. IT'S BAD. That's not even everything but let's see if Tony Johnson decides to respond. He will most likely say "I would love to meet with you and discuss this." We already spoke in person many times and he has done nothing. Another trick he tries to pull is saying "I don't see any record of you on our property" Let's see what he says this time. He will also most likely say he doesn't know about pests in this building! That would be lying Tony! You just saw a Google Review about this AGAIN yesterday. It's ALL OVER TIKTOK!!!!! Search "Bugs Ascent Peachtree" RESIDENTS KNOW THE TRUTH. read more

When inquiring about this apartment complex, be sure to ask if Tony or Vincent are still employed. Their tenure has been marred by unprofessionalism and a blatant disregard for tenant welfare, resulting in significant physical and mental health impacts on residents. Despite the substantial rent we pay, the "DoubleMint Twins" exhibit an unprofessional and hostile demeanor towards tenants. Their misguided attempts at maintenance have left us with hazardous conditions . One elevator has been out of service for three months, as highlighted in a recent Fox News article. We have been without HOT water for days at a time. Further Issues at the Apartment Complex: Lack of professionalism and hostility: The "DoubleMint Twins" display an unprofessional and hostile demeanor towards tenants. Hazardous conditions: Misguided maintenance attempts have created dangerous living conditions. Elevator out of service: One elevator has been out of service for three months. Lack of transparency: Staff cannot provide clear answers on the frequency of pool cleanings. Dirty apartments: Prospective tenants may find themselves moving into dirty apartments or being placed in temporary units due to prolonged maintenance and cleaning delays. Inadequate security: The complex's security measures are insufficient, with a scarcity of security personnel and concierge staff. Car break-ins: Incidents are common, with management offering feeble excuses rather than solutions. Homeless individuals entering: There have been instances of homeless individuals gaining entry to the building, compromising safety. Intimidation tactics: Tony and Vincent often intimidate residents rather than addressing their legitimate concerns. Staff exodus: Excellent staff members--Fred has left, Chris is on his way out, and Anthony is also departing--indicating a toxic work environment. High turnover: The turnover rate among both staff and tenants is alarmingly high. Do not be misled by the facade presented during your tour. The reality is far from the image they try to portray. As someone who typically prefers to give positive feedback, I find it necessary to shed light on these issues. It is time for the truth to be known, for the sake of current and prospective tenants. Save your money and your peace of mind--this is not the place you want to call home. Who will be held accountable for these ongoing issues? How long will residents endure this mismanagement before real change is implemented? The well-being of the tenants should be the top priority, yet it is continually overlooked. Tony and Vincent must be held responsible. read more

I have been a resident at this property for 10 months now, and I must caution anyone considering it as their new residence to think twice. The level of service promised and advertised is far from what is actually delivered. Upon moving in, I was greeted with a refrigerator infested with insects swarming around the ice maker motor. This was not the welcome I anticipated when moving into a supposedly upscale property. The most egregious issue, however, lies with the elevators. They are consistently out of service, and there was a particularly alarming incident where all elevators shut down simultaneously. This forced residents to trek down numerous flights of stairs, as the building spans from floor 12 to 28, with a total of 29 floors. It's not just an inconvenience; it's a safety hazard. Furthermore, the hot water supply is unreliable, with frequent outages. As of writing this review, I have been without hot water for over 24 hours. Despite contacting the contact center (since the office and concierge never seem to answer), I received no updates until the following day, when they vaguely mentioned contacting emergency plumbing. However, there has been no further communication or resolution, leaving residents like myself in discomfort and frustration. On top of these issues, the promised concierge service is virtually nonexistent. Instead of having the convenience of a concierge to assist with guests, residents are forced to trek downstairs to let their visitors in every time, which is a significant inconvenience. Despite multiple emails to management addressing these concerns, there has been no meaningful response or action taken to address the ongoing issues. In summary, the experience at this property has been consistently disappointing, and I strongly advise against choosing it as your place of residence. Save yourself the hassle and frustration, and look elsewhere for a more reliable and accommodating living environment. read more

The leasing agent stationed in the rear office along the hallway exhibited unprofessional behavior and a lack of discernment, failing to demonstrate common courtesy. Despite scheduling a self-guided tour, upon arrival, I encountered difficulties locating the key or fob as instructed due to the absence of a concierge, who was presumably occupied with an event. Seeking assistance, I approached the leasing agent, and waited by the door. Despite my patient wait outside his office, he failed to acknowledge me or offer even a moment of his attention. Upon finally attempting to address my query, he dismissively waved me away, citing ongoing phone conversations with other prospective tenants. Despite my status as a potential resident, he refused to accommodate my simple inquiry about the location of the lockbox, opting instead to engage in argumentative dialogue. Frustrated by his unprofessional conduct, I chose to abandon the interaction and departed. This encounter left me questioning the agent's professionalism and pondering how the leasing office treatment might manifest post-lease signing. read more

Being a resident at Ascent Peachtree Apartments for the past four years has truly been an amazing experience, and I can honestly say that Ashieley has played a huge role in making me enjoy living here even more. From the moment she arrived as a leasing consultant, she has been nothing short of exceptional. I was dealing with a stressful discrepancy on my account, and instead of brushing it aside, Ashieley took the time to listen, communicate, and work diligently to get the issue resolved. What stood out the most was not just her professionalism, but the genuine care she showed throughout the process. She consistently checked on me and made sure I felt heard and supported. Ashieley is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and appreciated. Her positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service do not go unnoticed. Ascent Peachtree is fortunate to have someone like her on their team. Thank you, Ashieley, for all that you do! read more

I lived here for the past year, and it has been a great place to call home. The location is excellent right in downtown with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, and plenty of entertainment options. A special thanks to Ashieley and the entire leasing office team for always being professional, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. They made the leasing experience smooth and hassle-free. I also really appreciated the amenities, especially the coffee machine and the vending machine next to the package locker room. They were convenient and a nice touch. My only concern is that one of the elevators is out of service quite frequently, which can be inconvenient, especially during busy hours. Hopefully, this can be addressed to make the overall experience even better. Overall, I had a wonderful experience living here and would definitely recommend this apartment community. read more

The units have worms!! You can also see them in the gym. A resident posted a video on Youtube about this. It's on TikTok too. Other resident reviews have confirmed Ascent Peachtree has a bug infestation. I can't imagine getting covered in bugs in my sleep. Apparently there was a pipe that busted and a fire sprinkler leak that happened under the management of Tony Johnson. Residents say he tries to deny allegations from damage to property because of these leaks. There is a video of water being everywhere in the main lobby and on multiple floors. The entire 29th floor flooded and it destroyed everything on every floor under it. There are still so many wet stains on the ceilings and walls of resident units. Some of them have started to turn black as if (organic growth) is growing. read more

BEWARE OF PROPERTY MANAGER TONY JOHNSON!! I do not recommend moving here if you want to be a victim of shady property management. Both himself and the maintenance supervisor Vincent F. have bullied their residents long enough. It's time to put a stop to this. Nothing ever gets fixed around here. Check TikTok, Google Reviews, and Yelp. The residents are beyond disappointed. - Ceilings falling on cars - MAJOR Leaks Damaging Units - Elevators DO NOT work AND THERE ARE WORMS, ANTS, FLIES, EVERYWHERE!!! read more

It's sad how they have no respect for their residents. Whoever manages this property should be ashamed. There are so many residents that have tried to address concerns and the property management doesn't help. There is a review on here that has been update more than 3 times. Each update was at least a month out from the previous one. Nothing changed. Resident says it got worst! Just looking at these other reviews it's clear there is no way this place should be open. read more

Amazing property to call home. The manager, Tony, is very professional and he really cares about all residents needs. All staff are professional. Luxury plus the best maintained property ever. I am a very tough honest reviewer. Any negative reviews were causes out of managements hands therefore it should not reflect this great property! You will not find the quality anywhere else! J.
