They have a small retail space in the lobby along with complimentary tea. I got a full tour of the facility and what was included in my sauna experience. You get a cool wet towel infused with peppermint oil, extra wash cloths, a wrap, a robe, water, and access to Netflix or Spotify that you can hear in the sauna. You can also control the lighting. I think I didn't enjoy the soak as much this first time because I was nervous and it was just a really long time to be floating with my thoughts lol but if you're able to shut your brain off and take it for what it is that's good. I will be going back next month and doing all the services again to see if I can relax with the float. I think pairing everything together made for a relaxing day. Will recommend to anyone.

We feared we might be turned away. Instead, the young lady at the counter was incredibly helpful, locating them online and saving us another trip. That simple act of customer service was greatly appreciated! The whole space is warm and inviting, aesthetically pleasing and relaxing, from the brick building to the interior design and room decor. There are a variety of rooms to accommodate the many different experiences you can take part in: a large salt "cave," float tank room (with a shower), red light therapy room, large waiting area, and more. There are so many thoughtful touches - it is obvious that the owners took the time to consider everything a guest might need or want: changing rooms with hair dryers, make up wipes, eye covers, q-tips, ear plugs, shampoo and body wash in the showers, robes...the list goes on. There is even complimentary tea in the reception area. We felt so spoiled and so relaxed that we wished we could have stayed all day! We had small and large requests, and all of them were either met, or a good work around was found. The general manager, Jackie, met with us on our initial visit and helped us come up with a plan that included the therapies of interest. We met Maegan, the nurse practitioner who is in charge of all the infusions. I think it is such a benefit for the clients to know there is a nurse practitioner on premise. Meagan was able to explain the different infusion options and their benefits. We felt very comfortable with our selections, knowing that Maegan had a plan on how to administer these infusions in the best possible manner. An option I'd never heard of was a "facial" for your scalp. It was basically a deep cleaning to remove all the buildup of hair products and oils that your shampoo leaves behind.
