I contact my insurance Cigna and they also said I am no longer insured ! Why they submit a wrong report that stated I already passed away that lead the consequence Medicare Department cancelled my all my Part A & B benefits ? Now I have no health insurance since March 2025 ! I am suffering badly Diabetes , no way to get medicine ! Worst than that , I can't see my doctor for annual check up and dental treatment ! Yet once Michele White the caseworker took over, she dropped the ball. Although she was the one that shared a listing of providers for cremation, she failed to enter that information under my step-fathers case. Once he passed, the nurse Jariah called a company that is contracted by Harris County to come pick him up as if his family did not already complete our due diligence and make the final arrangements. My step-father was picked up from his assisted living facility and taken away like he was trash and an inconvenience. I had to call around looking for him in the time when we should be able to grieve our loss. Instead, I was forced to contact another company that I didn't even know existed and complete some documents to have him released to the provider we originally selected. No apology was offered. No sorry for your loss. Only call I received was for the family to be blamed for everything. Their staff acted as if our family was not proactive and caring enough to make the final arrangements in a timely manner. I highly recommend to find another hospice provider. These people a cut throat salesmen looking for the newest victims to target. They tell you everything they think you need to hear and once you sign the paperwork, they forget you exist. These people do NOT care about the patient but the billing. e were failed and yet we were the problem. Sadly no one cared nor were they concerned. Run and do not look back.

This place is a joke. My mom has had these people for a couple of months. They fight her on…read moremedication refills and when they do refill the medication they don't deliver it. They delivered a hospital bed to her house and the bed started falling apart after 2 weeks. The nurse might show up she might not. We have made several calls to follow up to make sure the people would actually show up. If you're looking for a hospice company go with anyone but them. We are now looking for a new company.

He greets him by putting himself at my husband's level to talk with him, as he has dementia/Parkinson's & currently bedridden. I feel Asad is one of God's earthly angels! Lilly, our Hospice nurse, is an absolute gem! She visits 2x a week, checks him from head to toe and provides impeccable care...always gentle, very caring & helpful in so many ways. The staff that I have met/talked with genuinely care and always available to help with our needs...equipment,meds, supplies quickly provided! I can't exclude the office staff as they are friendly, attentive & ready to serve. Stephanie, Social Worker, always available, efficiently provides answers to my many questions & concerns. Chaplain Alan, a gentle soul, comes for visits & prays with us. Such a sweet man! We are truly blessed to be with Oasis Hospice care!

I fought to get my mom here due to a smaller facility and I thought the care would be better it was was NOT the case. a supervisor wound care Vanessa called the police on me cause I wanted to get the proper care for my mom. she has wounds and her wounds are very bad for her due to her condition and any wound that she has can lead to a bigger situation so excuse me for being a loved one who cares. also for a head nurse Melanie to see me n not try to comfort me or even just ask how can I help she walked straight by me is a issue.so now I'm moving my mom due to just the lack of care for her wounds. and for a doctor to come in and not even know that her stitches have been removed or that we've changed her feeding and not even look at any of her open wounds is an issue. How can they do proper care if the doctor just doesn't know, I had to tell him they changed all day. sorry I love my mom not to care n there is families out there that need my voice.
