I had a really positive experience working with him on a garage repair and would gladly recommend…read morehim. Both sides of the garage had hidden rot behind the exterior panels, and once everything was opened up, he found and replaced the damaged studs inside. I especially appreciated that he was honest about what actually needed to be done--since the exterior panels were still in good condition, he reused them rather than replacing them unnecessarily, then carefully reinstalled and recaulked everything. Throughout the job, he was friendly, straightforward, responsive, and highly professional. He took the time to explain what he was finding and paid close attention to the details of the repair. What impressed me most was his work ethic. He was out there working from about 7 AM to 5 PM in 100+ degree weather and still took the time to do the job properly rather than rushing through it. It's refreshing to work with someone who is honest, dependable, and clearly takes pride in their work. I would absolutely hire him again.

Robin was made aware he was our first quote and we had several lined up throughout that next week. During that time my husband had emailed all plans we had from our HOA to Robin. On 9/7 we messaged him telling him we'd like to move forward if he could do it for the price we countered with. The following day on the 8th he accepted and stated "I'll get it written up in the next day or two." On Friday the 11th he reached out letting us know he had business in LA and would be very busy over the weekend but that he had questions so to be prepared. On Sunday the 13th I reached out asking for a contract by EOD. He let us know he would have it today the 14th and again he had questions so be prepared to answer them. After waiting a week for a contract to sign we decided to move on. He is unprofessional and rude. Just read for yourself the way he speaks to clients. Robin clearly cannot handle polite rejection. Robin, take your own advice next time and don't reply just move on.

He was consistently communicative, responsive, and transparent, always keeping us informed every step of the way. Whenever an issue or concern came up, he didn't just address it--he went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. That level of accountability gave us a lot of confidence throughout the entire remodel. Mr. Chen and Jun worked Monday - Saturday, coming early and leaving late. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. He was also incredibly tidy, making every effort to contain dust and keep the mess limited to the construction area. Living through a remodel is stressful, but his cleanliness and respect for our home made the experience tolerable. Overall, we highly recommend Jun and his team. If you're looking for a contractor who is fairly priced, professional, communicative, we enjoyed having Jun.
