    Stay away or make sure you bring a mechanic with you. Ended up spending $1k in repairs after already over paying for a used car.

My 2026 Honda Civic was vandalized shortly after purchase from this dealership (all four wheels stolen). The car was returned to the dealership on Feb 16. At no point did I ever receive a written estimate for the repairs--not from the dealership, and not from my insurance company. I only obtained the estimate/invoice because I called Geico myself and asked for it, and the representative confirmed in a voice mail he did not know why it did not take place. Despite this, the dealership went ahead with the repairs. On Feb 21, I went in to pay the amount stated ($4,573), but the Geico check could not be processed. An employee named Dakota told me the dealership would wait for the insurance check to arrive by mail. Then on Feb 25, I received an email from the service manager, Johnny Rodriguez, demanding immediate pickup and claiming "storage fees" of $825, increasing to $1,100 the next day. I have attached a screenshot of this email. The tone was intimidating and completely inappropriate, especially given that no estimate had ever been provided or authorized and the check had still not arrived in the mail. There were also multiple hang‑up calls during this time. When I arrived to pick up the car, "Johnny" did not identify himself--I had to ask him directly. The car had been left outside for weeks, covered in dust and bird droppings, despite the dealership threatening "storage fees". I ultimately had to involve the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) to stop the harassment. BAR resolved the issue within days. Without them, I don't know how this would have ended. No customer should have to involve a state agency to prevent a service manager from using pressure tactics. I will not be returning to this dealership. I can't say how sorry I am that I ever walked into this place.
