First time I went to ASB I took our 2020 Tiguan when a tire shop chain tried to do an alignment to address uneven tire wear and told us it couldn't be adjusted. I found ASB online and Vadim had the Tiguan fixed in under an hour at a very good price. We were so happy with the result that we brought Vadim a bigger puzzle, our 1996 Jeep Cherokee XJ. He evaluated it and advised us that every moving part in the 30 year old suspension was worn out and needed replacement. After a week of collecting the heavy duty parts required to duplicate the "Up Country" factory off-road optional package he replaced the complete front and rear suspension. We couldn't be happier with the work he did - the Jeep drives just like it's new, and the cost was very reasonable and less than half what some of the Jeep suspension shops quoted for this job. To preface: I work on my car and my lady's car, and I don't trust anyone to work on them if I can avoid it. When it comes to tires and alignment you can't avoid it! I've had enough bad experiences. So when it came time to align my lady's car I was very wary to pick a shop. I saw all the good reviews ASB had and figured let's give them a shot. I called yesterday and asked if there was a slot for an alignment, Vadim asked what kind of car and quoted me over the phone. I set an appointment for 3:30, and I must've been out of there by 3:50 today. So fast! Not to mention I paid the exact same price he quoted me yesterday over the phone. I'm always nervous letting anyone do work on my cars so when I went in and was greeted by a friendly smiling Vadim I was at ease immediately. By the time I left I was incredibly satisfied in my decision to go with ASB. We got there, he took the keys and got to work immediately. I watched him test drive the car around the lot and he pulled back in and showed me that my front right tire had uneven tread wear. I am embarrassed to admit that was my first time finding out. He explained that until that gets fixed I may still have some issues with the car tracking to the right, but he assured me he aligned everything else to spec. I'll definitely be ordering a set of new tires since they're currently some crappy Chinese tires anyway, and he offered for me to ship them to his shop. You can text or call him and he responds super fast. Super experience!!! I'd give 6 stars if I could. I'll be recommending to everyone go to him. I don't usually take the time to write reviews so detailed but I want to see him get more business, great guy and great service. And very fair pricing!
