Worst experience i've ever had taking my car to a shop and is now why I do my own work. I took my nissan there to fix my headlights and exposed wires on them, ALL THEY DID WAS TAPE THE CORRODED EXPOSED WIRES WITH ELECTRICAL TAPE AND CHARGED ME FOR THAT. The quality of the work they do is terrible and pricing is also very high, never going here again. read more

Gor was amazing to work with! He was professional, responded to my messages quickly, and offered excellent pricing. The quality of the window tint is outstanding, and the whole process was fast and hassle-free. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Gor to anyone looking for high-quality window tinting! read more

I came to Apex Auto Center after the surrounding shops were unable to address the concerns with my 996. Some shops did not want to work on my car because it is on coilovers and others were unable align it properly. During my first visit, I met Usman who is very knowledgeable, especially with Porsches. After talking to him for 5min, I knew I came to the right place. The same is true for the rest of the staff at Apex; whatever question you throw, they will answer with great knowledge. Customer service is outstanding to say-the-least, but I would recommend dropping off your vehicle. oppose to waiting and make an appointment because they are busy. I want to note a very important piece of information and that is, that prior shops went straight to aligning my car. However, Apex first measured and adjusted the ride height. This very important, step that others missed remedied the alignment problem the others could not solve because one corner was slightly off. I have been here twice, first with the initial coilover install and later, after new wheels and a lower stance. Both times I have had exceptional service. My car sits perfect now and tracks straight. read more

Man I came in quoted me at 3k for some work! Got approved for 5k and somehow they found a way to bump it up to the 5k now after everything I have bad alignment.! I bring my truck in and they try to sell me more parts telling me that's what's wrong! It's hard to find a good shop now a days! Never taking my truck there again read more

Love love love these guys!!! Came in for new tires since mine were giving me trouble and loved that they did just that. The quality and value of what I received far exceeded the price paid. After a bit one of my tires started to give me a bit of trouble and the guys here were able to get me in and out and resolve the issue. Only downside is they took off my plate holders and replaced them with theirs which they didn't ask to do and that frustrated me that they didn't ask, leave my original ones so I can put mine back on. Aside from that no complaints and would recommend. Just be sure you leave with the plate holders you came in with read more

I just wanted to give a shout-out to the guys at Apex auto-repair. I called them twice to see if they could test fit a rim on my car before I bought it. It was an aftermarket set, and one was damaged, so I wanted to see if it would fit. Both guys were super helpful, enthusiastic, and friendly. I ended up not bringing the rim in because he told me it would fit without issues. But if I lived in Sacramento, which I don't, I'd totally take my car to them for service. I can't recommend them enough after my awesome experience. If you're not already a customer, you should definitely give them a call for anything you need. read more

I've taken all my vehicles there for everything suspension and brake related ive had to go back a few times for the same thing ive spent alot of money having them guarantee they knew what they were doing just to find out they didnt know and instead of saying hey we tried they allowed me to drive my car around with the wrong part and half ass installed im very disappointed because the owner seems to want to do right by customers unfortunately his mechanics and service workers dont know what they are doing and after the last 3 years and $6,335.00 of faulty service I had to take my car to econo lube and they fixed all of the work apex claimed they did. read more

These guys were quick and great! I came in yesterday around 5:00ishpm or so and needed my tires changed as well as an alignment. I was out of there by 6ishpm. They were kind enough to also let me know of some other work that was needed to be done and quoted me a wayyy lower price than other auto shops, I will only be coming to Apex now. I definitely recommend them because they're honest, reliable, and they actually work with you. I give them an 11/10. Thank you gentlemen! You all were great! read more

The tire and wheel department is ok and the owner is hella cool but it's his so called mechanic side that are going to get him into some bad business reputation they don't honor any warranties and the almost got me killed in an accident and then brushed me off until i had to go somewhere else and get my brakes fixed the right way a Lexus is something that just doesn't go bad on you unless someone that doesn't know what they're doing that could get you into problems due to negligence it sucks cuz I would have kept given the owner business I used to do business with him before he even had mechanics there and I used to get him a lot of business brought a couple cars recommended friends my mom and just it just really messed up and offers they try to offer you there's nowhere near what they charged you and nowhere near what the damages they did cost you you know I'm out a lot of money and I guess it's all good man you know some way somehow karma comes and get you you know and I know I'm a good person inside cuz I met that dude and he knows I am and for them like to do that to me I know it wasn't the owner but it's just his people who are unexperienced and don't really know what they're doing they shouldn't be working on cars they are not familiar with and if they do they should fix it the proper way The bar association is supposed to have your back and it says that when your vehicle comes somewhere in the shape that it came and should leave that same way It should not leave with other problems and then when you do bring it to their attention they only want to offer you a little bit of money which what doesn't even cover the labor little on the parts that cost you thousands of dollars that I had not not to mention that I almost hit a family of five in a van due to my brakes not stopping I didn't ask for sympathy but they were very unsympathetic and basically trying to blame me or trying to talk their way out of it which isn't the right way if you're going to get tires there and wheels they do pretty good just don't get in alignment don't get any kind of major work cuz they will not do it properly and if they do something wrong and you see it they're going to blame it on something else and someone else read more

they don't know anything about alignments, or the dude on the rack just has no care in the world for what he's doing. 3rd time I've had someone that came to this shop with the same outcome as mine. they don't tighten anything down my specs are not even what I gave them originally. And they try to argue when I tell em exactly what they did and I guess I just made it all up on the spot cuz they wanted to say THEY know what they are talking about.. for sure - btw dont try to work here cuz they told my buddy they hire only people with 0 car experience. geez I wonder why read more

Great place to take your car. Performed alignment on two of my cars did a great job. Awesome customer service

Excellent business! Like most women, I have had a few bad experiences with auto-repair places, so I braced myself when I called APEX Auto Center. I spoke to Manny and he was great! The guys in the front were very polite and arranged to get my car taken back quickly. The mechanic was very thorough, and when he was done he showed me the finished repair and then if all this wasn't enough, the price was just as Manny had quoted - which was way less than I originally feared. What a breath of fresh air this place is! I would highly recommend Apex to anyone! read more

The guys APEX Auto Center provided me with exceptional service and expertise when it came to purchasing wheels my 2018 BMW F90 M5. They were able to help me find the perfect wheel. I opted to go with a 3-piece 1221 forged wheel. I was skeptical about the offset but they achieved the ideal offset and fitment I was looking for, which is a testament to their knowledge and experience in the industry. In addition to the wheels, APEX Auto Center also lowered my car on H&R springs, which further enhanced the overall appearance and performance of my vehicle. It grips and handles much better. The combination of the 1221 forged wheels and Pirelli tires provided the perfect fitment, which is something that other shops in Sacramento were not able to achieve. Overall, I would highly recommend APEX Auto Center to anyone looking for tire, wheel, and auto customization services. Their expertise and attention to detail are second to none, and they clearly take great pride in their work. Second set of wheels from them and many more to come. First set was for my daily 328i and this second set for my BMW M5. Thank you to the crew at Apex! read more

I was used to this location being World Auto Tint but new management has taken over and changed the name which I believe makes this business even better than before because they offer more services. Rim repair, mechanical repairs/services, sell tires and rims, and some cosmetic repairs too. I got my car serviced today for cosmetic damage to my left rear rim and left rear side bumper. They touched up my rim without needing to do a full rim repair which cost me even less than what I would've paid for an unnecessary rim repair (sanding down, paint, etc). I was helped by Manny, who I believe is the owner and manages this business. They were very quick to clean up the damage since it's was minimal and it only took roughly 30 minutes. And it cost me barely anything versus going to any other auto shop! I greatly appreciate Manny for helping me out same day and taking the time and care into my concerns about my vehicle. I do greatly recommend this business for any mechanical needs and even some cosmetic needs to your vehicle too. No complaints here and I'll be doing business with them in the future if need be. read more

I just got new Pirelli's installed from this shop, and I have to say, it far exceeded my expectations. I was just looking for cheap tires for my commuter car, and the place was far nicer than I was expecting for the price I paid. It's one of the cleanest shops I've been to and I've been in car sales for 9 years. The staff and owner were incredibly friendly, and the prices for the tires were the lowest in town which included installation. I didn't have to ask to see the tires before installation, they offered to show me the actual tires as soon as I got there. Highly, highly, highly recommend this place. read more

This place is professional and communicative. I went in to inquire about some used tires and they were actually able to fit me in that morning for some suspension work and alignment that I had been meaning to get done somewhere else.
