Josh Hobson is the owner. They offered a 10 percent discount as a winter special. We called for estimate and they came out within a week to assess the job. With the 10 percent, Indiana Strong came in slightly lower than other estimates we received. They carefully marked each tree to come down. I liked their attention to detail, so we selected them for the job. They communicated well with us and arranged to have underground cables marked prior to working. They arrived on time and as expected. Wearing hard hats and working carefully, the crew of six downed the three trees in about an hour. They used a small tractor with a claw to transport the branches and logs out of the yard to waiting trucks. They ground stump. They meticulously removed all the debris, even from the street. Would I hire them again? Heck yes.

After doing a significant number of jobs, you would have a very good idea of what the cost would be; especially after I gave you very descriptive and most specific information on what I needed to have done, and you viewed the trees and bush requiring trimming. I was actually suspicious of the pricing at first, but it seems like they use tech (in this case a bucket lift truck instead of climbers for the altitude work) where it makes sense. We hired them to remove a couple small dead trees, do a 25' high limb removal, and trim the top deadwood off of another tree. Tree of Life crew rolled up with a team and bunch of equipment, worked quickly as specified with Luis on the quote. They got the planned work done and did not mess around... What really distinguished them to me was the care of the property. They brought blowers and cleaned up after the cutting areas. They brought a chipper for the branches and truck to do any other hauling. For a high cut, they brought in a bucket truck, and laid down rubber track mats to ensure the yard wasn't damaged by the tires. They watched out for the various cables and things attached to our house to avoid damage from limbs. This showed good attention to how they did their work and care for the customer. Would recommend and will schedule again!
