They found that some of what Firestone had said was not accurate and overpriced, but more importantly they found structural damage from a previous accident that the owner of the car wasn't even aware of. Firestone had the car up in the air, I asked them if the rebuilt title repairs were done correctly and they never mentioned ANY of the damage. Edcar Tire pointed it out right away and it was VERY evident just by looking at it. They are polite, knowledgeable, and fair. If I lived in the area I would for sure make this my go to mechanic.

We originally called Tire Kingdom, but they told us the slime is too difficult to clean out of the tire and we'd need a new tire. Though we had a great experience with them in the past, it seemed they were just trying to sell us a tire. So we called this place in the morning when they opened. They're only a mile from our house. They said they could easily patch the tire and even said they could do it right away! My husband took the car in, and with the drive there and back and the service, he was still back home in maybe 20 minutes, and the price was super reasonable! He then claimed he was "trying to help" by calling his son, who quoted me 100% more than the original agreed price. This experience felt dishonest and very unprofessional. I wasted multiple trips and time based on commitments that were not honored. It honestly seemed like he no longer wanted to deal with my car because the job would take too long, instead of just being upfront about it.
