I think my last review was deleted as well - I purchased my Asset Tracking system in early 2012, I did a lot of research and homework to find the best system out there. I came across ASAP Systems website and filled out a form to request a demo, before even exiting the webpage I received a call from ASAP Systems reaching out with information about multiple options and a demo to help pin point my company's needs. Later that day I received a quote from my current sales representative, Jessica Williams - she was beyond helpful by making sure I was not exceeding my budget but still getting all my needs met. I went through with purchasing my system and was immediately in touch with support engineers who fully installed and guided me through complete admin and user training. I purchased a Gold support plan along with my system- if I come across a question or need help with functioning my system I always receive immediate responses and fixes, Megan Swanson is my account manager and is always available to help me out when I need her. I could not be happier with choosing ASAP Systems, they continue to go above and beyond for us! Thank you ASAP Systems for making our lives EASIER! As for this gentleman below, when you purchase a car and don't buy the 3 year warranty package and go back years later looking for free help- do you receive it? I didn't think so. I just recently implemented ASAP Systems inventory software for my new start-up company. I had no clue how an inventory software system worked, but they were able to guide me through a demonstration explaining everything I needed to know. I am not the most technically savvy individual but my account rep and the engineers really took care of me when I had trouble understanding a specific module in the system. When I bought the system they even provided me with training assistance because let's face it, I had no idea how to get something like this up and running. Now that my system is in place it is so easy to use and I am always alerted when product updates come out. Customer support at ASAP Systems is fantastic! They always responded to my questions quickly and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. Their software relieved me of my inventory headaches! I would definitely recommend ASAP Systems to anyone who is looking for an inventory system. I have never really had "luck" with the tech help from ASAP, usually I was more confused after the training~ BUT today I talked to a man named John-Jack Franji and he made a world of difference in my outlook on Passport... I really think initially we were led to purchase the wrong version of Passport, "stock" never really covered/completed our processes-we have a few extra steps involved now but John-Jack made everything work!! AMAZING, I cannot say enough good things about this man- he went above and beyond to make things work and make sense!! I was 21 versions behind, I wasn't "backing-up" the system correctly & he updated my hand held scanners! After he noticed all of that, he helped me with my processing issues (my main reason for contacting him!!) I will go home from work today with a smile on my face for the first time in a VERY long time!! Please pass on my gratitude to his superiors & let them know he is doing a WONDERFUL job!! I bought from ASAP Systems in the beginning of 2011 and was very impressed with their software as well as their professionalism. You can tell that they really believe in their product because they answer every question/concern with thoroughness instead of a cookie-cutter answer. When my support plan ran out in 2012, I was still able to log into my system that I had purchased, but I did not have the log in information to continue getting updates and downloads. I renewed my support and quickly updated my system with the help of ASAP Systems's support team. I have worked with many of the people at ASAP Systems, and very much feel that they are there to help me use their software according to my business needs.
