I've only just registered to write a review for ASAP Solutions. We contacted Udi after reading about his firm on Yelp. He immediately stood out from other plumbers we had been in touch with by responding in a timely, pleasant and straight forward manner. He was also able to provide all the required insurance documents for our building's management. We had recently moved into a "fixer-upper" and one of our ancient Gerber bathroom shower handles was leaking and the pipe for the tub spout had to be replaced. I sent him photos and a video of our issues via email and he gave us his estimate which also ended up being the very fair price we paid. He sent David and his assistant Oscar, who both did a terrific job. They were very polite, honest and professional. Within an hour David actually replaced all three handles (we had previously purchased the full remodeling kit), including the worn off stems and two of the seats, which were really "baked in" by thick calcium deposits. One of our biggest concerns were our newly replaced tiles around the tub whose cut-outs were just too tight in some areas. He managed not to damage them except for a tiny chip in a barely visible spot. That's a great outcome, considering how fragile those tiles are. They also tightened two drippy shut-off valves for us. We have used ASAP solutions for 2 different projects in our Manhattan Co-op apartment. One was to do the plumbing on our kitchen remodel, including changing the gas line wall valve for the stove. The other was an overhaul of the steam radiator which involved changing the shut off valve and adding a thermostatic control with access outside of the radiator cover assembly. I cannot say enough good things about the 2 experiences. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. They arrive on schedule, do quality work, clean-up and are very pleasant and respectful. Their pricing was fair and below other quotes which can often get inflated when shopping for work to be performed in Manhattan. They even helped me source the quartz countertop for the kitchen remodel as we were frustrated with the crazy pricing we were getting for a Manhattan installation. They make dealing with our Co-op board easy as well because they have the proper certifications and insurance coverage quickly assessable and ready to present to the management company. ***!!!!BY FAR THE BEST!!!!*** I contacted Udi and received a response with a quote shortly. Although he came in half an hour later than the scheduled time, he explained his situation and was again, responsive when I called and asked where he was. Besides that, he was quick, to-the-point, and thorough, resolving the issue with my toilet flush that even my apartment maintenance didn't even bother to fix. He was also helpful and described all the issues. I asked for an invoice e-mailed to me and they provided that really quickly as well. I couldn't locate it in my inbox at first, and called in the next day , but Udi was still really friendly/patient and confirmed he did send it in yesterday and that it may be in my spam folder. The only concern I would have to say is that they're quote was pricey, but there was a surge fee for calling them in the weekend. Also: it's NYC. Nonetheless, I loved their service by far and will work with them again. read more

I had a toilet that was leaking as well as a kitchen faucet. After emailing Udi at Asap, he gave me a quote over the phone and sent one of his plumbers, Albert, to see me the very next day. The problem was more complicated but but Albert took it in stride, left to buy a new faucet and installed it and fixed the toiler. He cleaned up everything and was very friendly. Udi called me to say that the new faucet that Albert was going to buy was too expensive but if I didn't mind waiting a bit longer, he could find a better deal for him to install. That's what I call great service and at a great price. They deserve 6 stars! read more

I hired ASAP Solutions to do a variety of work in my apartment such as installing appliances, changing light fixtures, and replacing old outlets and light switches. Udi and his team did an incredible job on all of the work that was done. I live in a building that requires quite a bit of paperwork and Udi was able to send me all the appropriate papers in a timely manner. He answered his phone instantly every time I called, even when he was out of the country and in a completely different time zone. Meets strict COOP insurance requirements (CIO). Team took the time to ensure work was done with attention to detail. A great company. They know what they're doing and they are reliable! My first encounter was late on a Sunday evening and the electricity went out in 8 of the 10 apartments in our W Village co-op. We went to the basement and Udi, the owner, determined in a matter of minutes that the problem was with Con-Ed. ASAP Solutions responded immediately when I posted my query about how to go about replacing my toilet when the tank unexpectedly cracked open. They guided me through the buying process, the paper work to deal with the management's requirements, arrived when they said they would and in a half hour my new toilet was installed and the old one taken away. ASAP Solutions is okay but not perfect. The team was reasonably professional and completed the work, but communication could have been better! Some tasks took longer than expected, and there were a few small errors that needed follow-up. The pricing felt fair, but the overall experience was average. I can highly recommend Udi and his team. Very responsive, skilled workers, nice people. They replaced a cartridge in my shower and installed some towel racks and things like that. Our toilet backed up in my retail business. ASAP was quick to respond and super professional. It turned out to be a huge clog over 100 ft down the pipe and ASAP stayed on site for a whole day to clear it out and cleaned up after.
