What prompted me to contact Flow Master was the day that I discovered all of our water feed valves where either stuck in the open position or leaking. David came to my house, confirmed that all of the feed valves needed replacing. At the same time, I asked if he could move the whole-house shut off valve from the crawlspace to inside of our laundry room. After checking under my house he told me that it would be no problem. He sent me an estimate for the entire job with an option to add a whole-house water filtering system and a new water heater. I decided to hold off on the filter system and the water heater. There was no pressure from David throughout the whole process. I found his price fair and honest, and within one week he was here. It took him one day to complete the job!
