very poor service, very disappointed. Installed new locks and deadbolts, and did not replace any of the 4 strike plates to be compatible with the new deadbolts. All four deadbolts would not lock. they did not check to make sure they worked before collecting money and leaving the job. upon multiple requests to come back and please see the proof that the deadbolts and strike plates are not compatible, refused to do their job. don't use this guy. waited around for him all day and he showed up 2.5 hours late. He was super rude and snappy with me. all i was doing was asking some questions to clarify and he snapped at me and was very condescending. Chuck was absolutely amazing! I have a keyless ignition in my vehicle and dropped and shattered my fob while I was at work. He was more than accommodating and willing to come to me. Austin saved the day! My son accidentally locked his keys in the trunk of his locked car. His apartment key is on the same key ring so he was locked out of his apartment as well (in the rain). The spare key for his vehicle is at home, which is currently 3 hours away from where my son is attending college.
