Mixed feelings about this place. I used to go to their facility but have switched to mobile option for the convenience. First appointment was fine, but the second was delayed by ALMOST 2 hours. The associate that informed me about the delay did NOT call me to inform me. I called and asked for an update. At the end of it, she basically said there is nothing she can do to compensate. We've had great experiences here overall, especially with the nursing staff, who have always been kind and professional. However, there was one unfortunate incident during a hydration appointment when my mom experienced some bleeding. She felt some pain during the visit but didn't realize she was bleeding until we got home. We called to report it, not to place blame, but just to inform the staff and request to work with a different nurse moving forward. The nurse in question was very kind; we just felt another technique might work better for my mom. The supervisor advised us to call ahead next time to request a different nurse, which we did. But when we followed her instructions and called to schedule, we were met with immediate hostility. The supervisor was extremely rude, talked over us, and didn't allow us to explain or even finish our sentences. It felt like we were being scolded for doing exactly what she had previously told us to do. Again, the nurses themselves have been wonderful, we've had no issues with their professionalism or care. We just hoped for a bit more understanding and respect from management when trying to advocate for my mom's comfort and safety. read more

Thank goodness for this company. I'm currently home dealing with a nasty stomach virus. I called them at 9:30 and they were at my home at 12:45. I felt better instantly and was able to drink on my own again after 3 days. This was so convenient and saved me a dreaded trip to the er. The only issue I have is their pricing. I came here for an IV expecting professional service, but I was shocked by the forced tipping policy. The IV itself was already expensive. I don't mind tipping well in restaurants, but for a medical-type service, this felt completely inappropriate. If tipping was optional, that would be one thing--but they hand you a screen with preset high-tip amounts and make it seem like you have no choice. It felt more like a money grab than a true wellness service. The overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. If you're considering this place, be prepared for hidden fees and pressure to tip big. I won't be coming back. ---- I recently visited your establishment and found the owner's aggressive response to be inappropriate. I am unsure where the owner obtained the information that I was there in 2022, as that is incorrect. During my visit, there was only one nurse attending to approximately seven patients. She appeared overwhelmed and was rushing the IV administration by applying pressure to the bag. Additionally, regarding tipping, my sister owns a medspa, tipping healthcare providers is not permitted. She compensates her staff well, making gratuities unnecessary. read more
