I politely explained that I had cleared my schedule today to be available for this appointment and it would be difficult to reschedule in the near future. Pretty evident to me that this owner is unmotivated and unconcerned about keeping his commitments to his clients. With that said, I am glad the service was not performed as I highly doubt an individual with such poor work ethic would perform a satisfactory job.

My inquiry was sent to 5 other companies and I went with Drip Clean because of their professional, fast response to my inquiry, ability to come to my home and their competitive pricing. They arrived at 9am this morning and are now just finishing up at 1:30pm! They did an incredibly thorough job- more than I could have ever done myself, to help me prepare to cart around my newborn during COVID times. They brought everything they needed to clean my car- just used my external power outlet and water supply (but they have a generator and I think they can even bring the water if needed). They are extremely experienced and just all around nice people. I will go with them again in the future if I need to have a car detailed.
