He was very transparent with the pricing and what was included and he was able to come out the very next morning to get started with his mobile service. Having the convenience of him being able to come to my location was great. He arrived promptly and immediately got to work and he ended up working on the inside and outside of my vehicle for hours. It was in desperate need of a deep clean! When he was done, everything was exceptional! The inside and outside are clean, shiny and even feel brand new! He is professional, prompt, courteous, transparent and detail oriented. The value for the services provided was also very fair, I would even argue you are getting a great deal with the amount of time and effort he is putting into his work. I explained to him that he previously cleaned the car maybe two weeks ago and I have not driven it so the three seater was not really dirty. It just really needed on that passenger side for the him that I had another vehicle that needs to be cleaned. He expressed that due to knowing me that he will go ahead and vacuum the vehicle out he also stated that he would clean the headlights for an additional I no need. I would get someone else to do that. He was adamant that because if he knew me, he would do this thing for a favor for me as I to him I have no problem paying for the that I'm requesting. I paid him $130 for the vehicle and $100 for the cleaning of my vehicle. This is a response one week later to him about my "Hey, I have the car fixed and done. I just let your guy know to please refund me my money. He did end up texting me letting me know that he had car trouble and he didn't realize that his phone is off. It doesn't make me feel happy and I know that you're on the road and I thank you I just wanted to let you know that this is the time of night that I've been able to get my vehicle repaired and it's been a huge inconvenience. I am requesting a refund and I thank you" he later responded to me and this is a text for "Wait I have the receipt. You only paid me $100. I did your head lights first free and vac your other car. So fuck off with that lie. And real talk. I'm happy for you but don't lie on me" I sent him videos, which I'm not sure how to upload here, but I will, but this is the next text that he sent to me"And I could have done that as well but since you know me you thought I should always keep giving you discounts Again I have the receipt you paid cliff $130
