From the outside, the place doesn't look too promising - and might I mention, based on the interior decor, I was convinced the food would be nothing more than mediocre at best. I ordered a rib eye (medium-rare) with a baked potato because I figured if the steak was too bad to eat, I'd be safe with the baked potato; I mean who can mess up a baked potato after all, right?! Well, turns out I didn't even need the darn potato after all. The steak was cooked so well, and had so much flavor that I ate almost the entire steak! Now, I'm sure this isn't an award winning cut of steak, but it's way better than any place like Block House. Not to mention, really cheap for a steakhouse. Regardless as to how the place looks, the food and the service was impeccable for a quiet, casual dinner. read more

There were several seating options around noon on a Thursday. I had the goulash soup, fried mushrooms and a ribeye. It was okay but nothing spectacular. Maybe I need to try other items as well. The mushrooms were fried in batter and I wasn't too crazy about them. The goulash soup wasn't fresh but the steak was good. It's inexpensive for a steakhouse. read more

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel. We made a reservation. Food was good but we were told they don't take cash. I had to run out to an ATM and get Euro's to pay for the dinner. The host told us they didn't take credit cards from Americans because they hate us here. It was meant to be a joke but found it to be offensive. Would not recommend the restaurant, especially if you happen to be an American. read more

A good place for dinner! Steak is nice but a little bit chewy (I ordered medium well). With a small cup of coffee and a piece of biscuit after check. Over all, it deserves a recommendation. read more

Time goes by but the restaurant has not changed much. The service is ok, the food tasty and I can not even remember if there was ever a different team of waiters. The serving size is more than enough and the evening ends as usual with a 'Julischka' on the house.

You know how they love aeroplanes? Well they're within touching distance as they roar to land at Tegel. Kids love it! Every five minutes they shout AEROPLANE! If you're a wee bit sensitive to noise though, turn your hearing aid to off. I may as well talk about the food and service while I'm here. The place is mobbed on a Monday night - good sign. Well, both are actually pretty good! Food is better than average and the service is great. Steak seemed succulent enough, spaghetti is saucy, the goulash is spicy tasty and friendly faces everywhere. Kurzfristig beabsichtigten wir (vier Personen) einen Besuch im Asado Steakhaus. Die Zuvorkommenheit des Personals war einfach fantastisch. Man fühlt sich sofort in diesem Restaurant wohl. Uns wurde ein großer Tisch zugewiesen, der auch einem Rollstuhlfahrer ausreichend Platz bot. Das für diesen auch die entsprechende Sanitäreinrichtung vorhanden ist, war uns unbekannt, wurde jedoch mit großer Freude zur Kenntnis genommen. Das Restaurant war gut besucht und mehr als genügend Personal war auch da. Somit wurden wir ziemlich schnell bedient und auf unser Essen mussten wir auch nicht lange warten. Das Essen ist sehr sehr gut und richtig lecker!!!! Die Steaks von uns waren genau auf dem Punkt gegrillt worden. Die Steaksauce mit Baguettebrot als Vorspeise ist wirklich ein Traum. Macht weiter so, damit wir noch lange Zeit so leckeres Essen genießen können. read more

Drei mal bestellt und liefern lassen, drei mal gut gegessen! Ich war skeptisch, ob die gelieferten Steaks wirklich so gut sein können, wie im Restaurant selber - ja! Sie können ! Alle drei male auf dem Punkt medium gegart - zart, würzig, und saftig! Geröstete Zwiebeln, Champignons, und grüne Bohnen gut. Lediglich beim ersten mal hatten wir einer der Kartoffelbeilagen, der vielleicht besser hätte sein können . Alles in allem kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Ach.... und, alle Bestellungen waren jeweils mit mehreren Monaten dazwischen - kein Qualitätsnachlass in der Zeit! Ein letzter Hinweis... nie länger als eine Stunde gewartet - meist schneller, und Cola und Baguette gab's vom Haus aus dazu! read more

wir waren gestern zum ersten Mal vor Ort, nachdem wir hier die Bewertungen studiert hatten. Wir haben einen Tisch für 2 reserviert, etwas abseits sollte er sein und, es hat prima funktioniert. Die Bedienung war schnell, zuvorkommend und man hatte keine Pausen. Der Salat war frisch und lecker. Das Brot war Klasse und das Hüftsteak zart und so gegrillt, wie wir es bestellt haben. Die Preis im Vergleich total angemessen. Zusammengefasst: 5 Sterne!!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder. read more

Auf ein gutes Steak gehe ich ab und zu mal hier vorbei. Wenn ich Medium möchte, bekomme ich hier auch Medium. Das Fleisch schmeckt damit gut. Die Preise sind nicht höher als bei anderen Steakhäusern. Ein Extra Plus auch an die Bedienung! Sie liest einem förmlich den Wunsh von den Augen ab. read more
