I came in as a walk-in and he helped me remask my vinyl print, which ended up not working because my vinyl was too old, then he reprinted me a new one on the spot! I discussed wrapping my motorcycle tank with him and he had many great solutions. Prices are very reasonable! I will be back for sure! Keep up the great work!

If I could give zero stars I would. I used this company from 2018-2025 for my small business. I…read moreassumed a company of CPAs would know how to do taxes, however I was incorrect. I questioned them for years on the inventory issues and finally fired them a year ago when they suggested I use someone else's sales tax ID to order wholesale items for my business. I had an independent accountant review my taxes and it turns out that they had in fact counted my inventory correctly every year and in 2021 alone I am due an amended return of $22,000 minus a $12,000 disallowance from the IRS. We still have to do 2022-2023 amended returns. This company has put me at risk of having to file for personal and professional bankruptcy and losing my health insurance as a disabled person. I cannot express how horrifying this experience has been and how they have screwed up my life and finances for the foreseeable future. Avoid at all costs If you are a current small business client with inventory products AND material components, get a second opinion, because they may have screwed you over too.

The services they offer are very expensive but cover various areas. I paid them a large amount of money for a specific tax request just to be told that my payment dud not include the service I requested. That was infuriating. These people know their field, I'm sure, but their communication is just horrible. They feel like a company that is stretched too thin to provide any level of competent customer service whatsoever. I will not work with these people again.

From the beginning to the end the process was open and fair. Starting with the knowledgeable sales person and proceeding through the technical measuring appointment, installation, follow up, and subsequent service we were made to feel comfortable with the project - on both occasions. We felt our business was valued and our home was respected by every representative that came through our door. We refaced our kitchen and did our countertop at a later time. We had another urgent household expense and had to put the countertop off for what we thought would be six months that stretched into three years. Kitchen Magic assured us the job could be sectioned out with no consequences and even exceeded our expectations by offering us just over the initial price they quoted three years prior to complete the quartz countertop and back splash. We required service on two occasions and received prompt attention and the repairs were made with no charge on one occasion and little charge on the the other since it was our decision to change something after the job was completed. Five stars well earned and a pleasure to do business with. We have referred Kitchen Magic to friends and family without hesitation and will continue to do so. They all have been as satisfied as we are.

The rep corrected me and called it a 'wrapped door' but its still thermofoil and can warp and melt if near a heat source (think oven, stove etc..). the warranty used to be lifetime. Then it was 11 years and then I was quoted 5 years. Odd to me, because the quote was nearly 50k higher than a local cabinet maker with maple boxes, wood doors and drawers, slow close etc... yes, 50k more! I asked initially just for a countertop quote. I never got it. The company called and said they would send me a counter quote but never did. I assume that price would be super high as well. As I said the rep was kind, the product and company service, a big NO.

Then, after a bit more back-and-forth, he agreed to cross the river to NY and tackle my job. He and his crew showed up right on time, and in one day had my old patio looking great. I know he's capable of much more artful work than mine, but based on how quickly, efficiently and professionally he handled my job, I'd heartily recommend him for any stone and/or landscaping work.

Our DIY patio had hit a standstill due to personal injury so Devin and his team were willing to pick up where we left off (which was essentially a mud puddle) and made it look wonderful. Punctual, friendly, hard-working team, but I think my favorite part of the experience was the free lesson on hardscaping/yard care. Devin explained each step and then at the end gave us tips on how to maintain the patio as well as the giant oak that's right next to it. Even though we didn't get to DIY, we still learned a lot and were able to be involved in the process. Very pleased with the team and their work.
